"Outstanding hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Booked their suite with an extra bed which was perfect for a family travel. The entire property is ultra modern. Loved the common industrial decor extending to all the public spaces. Everything is impeccably clean. Rooms were spacious. Oversized rain shower was super nice. Breakfast was superb (extra fee, definitely worth it). Convenient location close to restaurants, transportation and walkable to all main points of interest. The only downside i can think of is the lighting. While the living room had an overhead ceiling light the bedroom was pretty dark overall despite the elegant ambient lighting and nightstand spotlights. Having firmer pillows would’ve been great too."

"We cannot recommend the clarion Helsinki enough for the wonderful stay we had for or honeymoon. Upon check in, Heidi welcomed us very warmly and went above and beyond to make our stay there more special. The location was brilliant and it was so easy to hop on a tram to reach the city centre. The rooftop bar , pool and sauna were incredible , very neat and tidy. Plenty to see and the food was excellent."

"Great location within easy walk from the ferry and to Old Town. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. The crowning jewel was their breakfast buffet!! I would stay again just for that. Thoroughly enjoyable stay."

"I stayed at this hotel twice on my trip to Finland. I booked a sauna room and it was absolutely worth it. The hotel staff were wonderful and the breakfast was exceptional. The food was all high quality and the range of northern flavors made it a special experience. The location was absolutely perfect. I won’t hesitate to stay here again when in Helsinki."

"We stayed at Hotel AX July 23 2026 and checked out on July 29th! I thought from the moment this American checked in until the time we checked out the hotel staff was unbelievably helpful and kind! The room was so incredibly clean! The breakfast was top notch! It was nothing like we serve as a breakfast in the US! The only warning i will give is, if you're accustomed to AC or a cold hotel room, bring a fan (we're from Arizona so we need AC :)~ ). The front desk ladies found a fan for us and sleep was a much better. There's so much to see in this hotel that we were never bored. I legitimately have nothing negative to say about the cooking staff, cleaning staff, maintenance staff,front desk staff or anything. Transportation is directly in front of the hotel! The bar/restaurant is downstairs! I could go on and on but I think this hotel was the best option for my family!!! Oh, from the pictures the beds and pillows almost made me reconsider our stay but they were sooooo comfy! Side note... we didn't notice until the last 2 days but there's luggage storage under the beds! ;)"
