There was no breakfast . Bath stopper was broken. Key cards had to be programmed every time we left . Needed extra pillows and no one was there to get them . Probably won’t stay in this area again .

Had to change rooms twice because the rooms were not clean. There were no towels in any of the rooms.To top it off they had roaches.

The front desk manager is phenomenal. He addressed all my needs and what I thought was absolutely fantastic is that he brought the Wi-Fi password code to my room because I didn’t have a pin to write it down. I will definitely stay here again.

Last minute reservation for a tournament. Check in process was fine, staff was very nice. When we got off the elevator it was suffocating hot, opened our rooms and it was 90° on the thermostat. It took over 3 hours to cool the room off, still walking into the hall was still hot.

It was an okay stop for the night. There is an older building in front of the hotel that appeared deserted. The room was missing towels and hair dryer. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of fixtures that kept falling from their designated places and some sort of square grab bar tubular fixture setting on the floor in the bathroom as if it was just being stored there?.

Property advertised free breakfast on numerous websites but there is no breakfast. The room we had was terribly hot. It took hours for the ac to catch up.

This hotel was the worst. When I checked in no one was at the counter for at least 20 minutes. The desk representative Ashley was very unprofessional and the other barefoot man as well. Dirty rags in the room, continental breakfast was a lof of bread and some squeeze butter. A NO FOR ME!
