"I travelled a lot and left very few review so far. But, this time is necessary. We found the leftover bread rotten in the kitchen when checked in...that could happen... We claimed but the manager and staff did not say or mention a "sorry"...instead, the cleaning staff said back to me "impossible and i dont know who brought it in." Shocking (No cleaning...crumbles on the sofa...sands in the shower box...toy lids on the floor...spyder on the ceiling...) finally settled with the hotel. But ruined...

"Hotel Antico Moro was average at best. The woman at check-in was a bit rude and unwelcoming, though the gentleman later on was more polite and helpful. The room was basic and fine for a night’s rest, but not somewhere you’d want to stay longer. Decent if you just need a quick stop to sleep, nothing more."

"Rooms was clean, size was just right, access to early breakfast worked great to make it in time for early booked tours, transportation close by was super convenient. "

"We stayed only one night but we would absolutely stay there again. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. The gentleman working the front desk (I think 24 hours!) was incredibly helpful upon arrival, checking out and arranging a ride for us to the airport. He’s a model of customer service! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great. "

Possibilité de laisser les bagages quand vous repartez accès Venise en 20 minutes (Piazzale Roma). arrêt de bus, juste à côté de la résidence, les propriétaires parlent français."
