"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel.
The other challenge we had was the taxi services. If you didn’t have the hotel reach out for a taxi (preferred), we found ourselves getting ripped off by the taxis. It just diminishes the experience overall."

"Very good stay. Location is convinient since it is close to Napoli Centrale and I was traveling wity elderlies via Train but besides seeing the common crazyness of Naples, the Hotel is very good. I only wish tye roff top was better equipped to service people, it has great potential and tge view is outstanding."

Palazzo Settembrini 49

"Flew into Naples and took the Alibus to the train station ($5). Then walked 15 minutes to the apartment hotel. This place was a big surprise! Full kitchen and the city view was fantastic. There was a mini market about 1/2 block away and a grocery store (Deco) about 4 minute walk. There was also a metro train station about 5 minute walk which connected to the main train station. Everything was convenient and the location is kinda in the middle of everything. Pay attention to the email you receive. The property manager was kind and communication via WhatsApp was prompt. We went on ventures each day and got back late each night. The building is very secure. We walked a lot but had the option to take the train since it was so close. We ventured all around and enjoyed walking through the city visiting sites and neighborhood Piazza’s. Restaurants, shopping, gelato, sites, and The hop on hop off bus stops all close by. Good time. "
