Fusion Suites Vung Tau
Pool was not open and under maintenance. Breakfast Buffet staff behind the service counter talking loudly and using foul Vietnamese language.

Dumin's Home - The Sóng Vũng Tàu
This condo tower's clientele is mostly local Vietnamese, with their local customs etc. The few reviews I found about the terrible elevator service is unfortunately, true. I waited a total of almost an hour ( round trip) during peak check-out time.
