「The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. 「toothpastes are used. ants everywhere even on beds and pillows. Cleaning is really bad. Guests better bring your own pillow cover and towels and toothpastes, etc.... owner's communication is poor. Reply is very slow. And they even refuse to tell you where the rough location is until the arrival date. But the building has great facilities such as gym and swimming pool and large lobby. "Upon check in they placed me to a wrong room type (booked king suite , checked for 2 single bed). They fixed it upon my request. But i was late for my work call (in room) hence. And next morning also they followed up to offer me a governor king suite type, which i respectfully declined as not needed (same size and layout, with a balcony for view but that cant be walked into). I appreciate their active follow up. They Still need to fix why my booking not shown as what i booked through hotels.com though."
