「Super nice and helpful staffs, we feel sincere welcome and nice pool with pool bar. 」

「Great staff, bad water pressure and stiff mattresses.」

excellent experience!very nice staff, smile to each guest,it is not a big hotel but comfortable.2 small swim poor and free airport shuttle and free rent bicycle. You must try hotel spa, professional and great valuable.」

「The staff were friendly, easy to communicate with and always helpful. The restaurant has a small selection but it was always soo good and I didn't feel like i was missing anything! The hotel is small and so it felt very comfortable and safe and familiar.I arranged with them to pick me up at the airport, so that was easy. The whole experience there was great. I would come back and also highly recommend it.」

「I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them...

「Good value overall but the staffers are much better at greeting and smiling than they are at cleaning up or replenishing breakfast items. It feels like there's no real manager making sure guests are taken care of and work is getting done. Also, sign on the door has a different name, which confuses the taxi drivers and arriving guests.」

「Nice older hotel with wonderful staff.」

「NO AIR CONDITIONING, bugs only breakfast served no lunch or dinner」

「very nice stuff and they are so sweet to provide you take away bfst if u cant take it that day! their service is so good!」

「The hotel staff provided the best service, they helped us a lot with the transportation, there’s free tuktuk to Main Street. The room was clean and comfortable, we even enjoyed a massage in the hotel. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!:)」

「Nico's 2 , what a wonderful place to arrive at. I felt sooo good from the moment I walked through the door. From the staff to the amenities total bliss. Sure it's not the Hilton. But if you are looking for a chill place with beautiful vibe. To me it's so pleasant I am extending my visa. Love it.」

「We stayed here for 5 nights. Had a large room， very helpful staff and beautiful pool. The hotel is a bit far from central and some tuk tuk drivers didn't know the hotel， always took us to La Residence.」
