「We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We love how clean the resort is and how the staff treated us. Love it and very appreciative for the service and made us felt comfortable, enjoyable, and relax during our stay. 「The accommodation was awesome, beautiful peaceful and relaxing. The staff accommodated our group of 10. And helped to organise our trip going forward with bus and ferry tickets and transportation. 」

「Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. Personne très professionnelle, et nous avons ete...

「The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. 」

「+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more...
