Nice hotel

Was a nice hotel. Only problem was it was isolated and so far from everything. So have to spend lot of money on taxis..

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We had a terrible time. The resort was in an isolated place far from everything .. The hotel mentioned at the time of booking that they will provide free shuttle service but when we reached there they said never had such kind of service .. So it was clearly misleading ..Moreover Hotels.com customer service also gave us hard time as they didn't want us to cancel the booking.

Reasonably priced for basic, clean accommodation.

We stayed at this resort for one night only as a stop off before our next destination. We chose a cheaper venue for this reason. The rooms are large and clean. The food served at our dinner meal was amazing! The staff are friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel right on Lagoon . good value . Friendly

We only stayed one night because of our late night arrival in Phuket but if we had more time would have loved to stay longer. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful .

Lovely villa room

Really nice three day stay in a Lagoon Villa. The room was great and probaly the best part. The hotel itself doesn't have a lot to do but the pool is nice enough even if it was a bit small and didn't have a lot of sunbeds. The whole time we there though we pretty much had it to ourselves. There is a seafood restaurant where we are every night which was superb! The location is away from everything which is good for peace but beware taxis everywhere are a lot and there are no shops within walking distance.

Idéal pour se reposer !

Etablissement agréable, où nous avons séjourné en couple durant 6 nuits ; chambre très confortable, grand calme, le personnel est très accueillant et se plie facilement en 10 pour être agréable au client ; par contre, le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur ; mais je conseillerai quand même cet hôtel car on s'y repose bien ! Par contre voiture indispensable.

Klasse Anlage, ruhig und sauber

Meer ist nahe, gutes Essen auch. Trotzdem waren wir mehr am Pool der Anlage als am Meer. Sauberes Wasser, viel Ruhe zum Lesen und so.

Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich

Als Übernachtungsquartier kann man die Zimmer empfehlen. Der Pool ist wirklich ausreichend groß. Das Personal ist freundlich, Essen ist sehr schmackhaft. Leider wußte das Resort nichts von unserer Buchung, und wir bekamen entsprechend dem gezahltem Preis nur das einfache Zimmer (aktueller Tageskurs).
