The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. There is a good amount of places to eat that is walking distances. You do have to walk through an alley to get to them, but just like most places in Thailand I never felt unsafe walking through them, even at very late hours.

The reception staff were not very friendly and not very helpful. The restaurant service is something else. You can be seated and then the staff will disappear into the kitchen for a chat with the chef for over 20 minutes without asking if you would like a drink! The best part was being woken up at 6am for a wedding ceremony. The microphone linked to the heavy duty speakers was such a beautiful touch. It not only woke us up in the hotel but also some guy in Patong. The best of this hotel is when you check out and they will not let you leave until they have done a full inspection of the room. Personally, not serving you in the restaurant, waking you up for a wedding that you haven't been invited to and also branding you as a thief before you leave is amazingly poor. They class this as 4 star, but, this is a 2 at tops. Avoid. . .

It's okay if you don't mind the remote location

Location is not fantastic. It is far from the lively area, which is Patong beach. I remember this place as having a high rating for location, which is one of the main reasons why I booked this place. Ended up having to call a taxi pretty much everywhere.

The property is relatively nice. The staff is mostly young, inexperienced and a few initially had attitudes. An individual attitude did come around to become very pleasant. Another was apparently not a pleasant person.

Överlag ett bra hotell, men läget är värdelöst. Inga restauranger i närheten, det närmaste som finns är Kfc och det är ca 1km dit. Restaurangen på hotellet är inte så bra och väldigt dyr. Hyfsat trevlig personal, men har ingen direkt servicekänsla utan blir ibland nästan lite irriterade när man ber om något eller frågar. De flesta i restaurangen kan inte engelska så det är svårt att kommunicera. Hotellet är rent och fräscht, men den dagliga städningen är inte så bra. Varje dag(vi stannade 6 nätter) så saknades det handdukar, toalettpapper m.m, vilket blir ett irritationsmoment att hela tiden behöva kontakta receptionen för aott få tex handdukar. Hotellet ligger väldigt avlägset, hotellet har taxi-service, men endast vissa dagar. En dag möttes vi av ”taxi is closed today” och de kunde heller inte hjälpa till att boka en annan taxi, utan rekommenderade oss att gå ner på gatan. Väldigt konstig service, speciellt när dom har en ”taxi-skylt” i receptionen, där det står att man kan boka fram till 1 timme innan. Poolen är stor och bra. Dock endast 8 solstolar (vid 4 blir det skugga 13 och vid de andra 4 blir det skugga 15). Hotellet hade helt klart fått högre betyg om servicen hade varit bättre samt att det fanns något annat runt omkring!

Pool is the Best Feature

This hotel is very close to Phuket Bus Terminal 2. It is a short walk 7 minutes. It is in a quiet location so no need to worry about noise. When I stayed, it did not appear that busy. The food is expensive but there are some awesome eats on the main road for cheap. The pool looks amazing, did not have time to get wet as I stayed for a short time. The decor is very modern too. The room was clean. The shower could use a good scrub and same with the balcony.

Fruktansvärt!!!!!!!

Var ska man börja? Hotellet ligger helt utanför allt! Inga restauranger eller affärer så långt ögat kan nå. Ingen shuttle. Frukosten är enbart för chineser. Man kan bara sola till kl 13.00. Då försvinner solen från området. Personalen förstår ingen engelska.

Bed was super hard, not comfortable. Breakfast options were very limited, mainly Asian dishes. Far away from restaurants and shops. Location good only to go to Ratsada pier or Marina Phuket

Great Value for your money

Pros: Great value for the money, staff is very attentive (Gun is amazing), cleanliness of the hotel. Con(s): Towels could be better, lobby is outside so fans would be great at combating the heat.

Ruhiges Hotel mit Zeit zum entspannen

Das Hotel ist modern und sauber. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool ist super. Ich kann ein Zimmer mit eigenem Poolzugang empfehlen. Das Hotel ist abseits von Attraktionen in Phuket gelegen, so dass man sich selbst um ein Fahrzeug kümmern muss. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist auf asiatische Kundschaft ausgelegt. Leider ist dort nicht viel für den europäischen Geschmack vorhanden. Hier sehe ich noch Potenzial zur Verbesserung.

Rooms were clean, and pool looked nice. Breakfast was ok enough and staff was polite and helpful. Located far from anything, we had our own car. Alot of Chinese guests with tour bus.

Hotel bom . Quarto super confortável com microondas, geladeira , sacada. Café da manhã só p asiáticos p nós ocidentais uma fruta e pão com manteiga. A piscina é bom água boa. A única coisa que nós não gostamos é que o hotel é longe do centro de Phuket e de tudo . Para sair do hotel dependemos do transporte do hotel que é no mínimo o dobro dos outros lugares.

Magnifique mais éloigné

Le look de l'hôtel et le design de la chambre sont vraiment bien. La piscine est grande et magnifique. À ce chapitre, l'hôtel est une aubaine à 60 $ la nuit. Par contre, l'hôtel est assez isolé. Il est à environ 4 kilomètres du centre de Phuket et éloigné de toutes les activités. Donc ce que vous sauvez en frais d'hôtel, vous allez le payez en frais de déplacements. Juste pour se rendre à l'aéroport, il faut compter entre 600 et 750 Bahts. Pour aller à au centre-ville de Phuket, c'est 250-300 Bahts.
