Very attentive and personal care from the hotel reception and dining teams. Wide range of breakfast items to meet many needs. Hotel is ideal for various purposes, good price to quality ratio. Good pool area, and close to Laguna Boat Quay hub. Noisy on one or two nights from surrounding area to property, but only till around midnight.

Room was too small although we were told its upgrade. Mis communication about checkout timing. We requested delayed checkout. It was granted. But on the day, staff asked us to check out early and even asked for money for delayed checkout. But in the end we were given delayed check out. Restaurant was great. Overall staff were helpful. There was also bad smell in the corridors some time!!!
