Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et dispo. En revanche la piscine n'était pas très propre, le ménage dans les chambres laisse à désirer, les draps ne sont pas propre (tâches), le sol pas nettoyer durant notre séjour. Assez reculé des activités à faire en Thaïlande.

We were promised airport transportation. After almost an hour of waiting we had to find our own taxi. Room had a pool, but there were so many dead bugs floating in it. Room smelled of mildew. Bed also had dead bugs in it. We canceled the rest of our stay. There are much better options in Phuket. Avoid at all costs.

Hotel almost completely empty. I offered to upgrade to a same size room but with view. Gave me standard upgrade price. Offered to stay an extra day at a reduced upgrade price. No way i was told. So i ask you this, If your hotel is empty and you can gain an extra night some extra upgrade money isnt that a smarter business choice. Not very smart managment! Breakfest offered an omlet but no optikns to put anything in it just an egg omlet! Great location, with stunning views. Could be a high end place with the right management

Lots of construction going on ... steps every where , you stepped down into the lobby . You have to take a taxi every where.. poor location. The pool was un swimmable due to filth .. I would not recommend this hotel. The power went out .. no A/c

Transporte até a praia ou aeroporto 30 km 700,00 BATH, extremamente caro. Mercado próximo, não aberto a noite, transporte caro. Lamentavel ter morcego escondido no quarto e microformigas ardedeiras continuamente.

Hôtel très joli si il était entretenu

Nous avions réservé une suite junior de 90m2. On s'est retrouvé dans une chambre, certe avec un SPA mais SALE. Les rideaux troués, le mobilier abîmé, le ménage fait à la va vite... Nous avons demandé un changement, nous avons eu une chambre (pas la suite) bien plus propre, bien agencée, très correcte. Petit dejeuner Buffet bien. Hôtel très joli si il était entretenu. Pas possible d'utiliser la piscine, SALE. Salle de sport, appareils vétustes et climatisation en panne. Loin de tout. Un gros point positif, la vue.

Sunrise hotel

Wonderful hotel situated on top of the hill (how the hotel name suggest). Beautiful view to the island from terrace an room. You can enjoy the nature here. The sunrises are amazing here. The hotel is far from restaurants, beaches and markets. You can get to nearest 7/11 by walking 15 min, for anything else you need transportation. The hotel do offer transportation including scooter rent, however on double or more prices. We enjoyed our stay here especially for the price we found. The room (junior suite) was big including fully equipped kitchen, noisy fridge, nice bathroom and 3 air conditions. However we did have some conflicts on booking, but in the end was resolved fine.

위치는 보시는대로 떨어져있지만 미리 보고 가는거고, 벌레들이 문제네요

전체적으로 다 좋고 서비스와 친절도 다 좋지만 벌레들이 문제입니다. 마음 놓고 문을 열어 놓을 수도 없을 정도로 나비 잔벌레 벌 등이 많고 제 방만 그런지는 모르겠지만 101호 주방 환풍구를 켜지를 못합니다. 쥐가 안에서 집을 지었는지 밥마다 벽 긁는 소리가 나고 환풍기를 켜면 쥐똥과 환풍기 재질 나무 톱밥 들이 쏟아져 나와서 켜지를 못합니다. 그래서 요리를 하고 환기를 위해 베란다 문을 어쩔 수 없이 열면 벌레 들이 들어오구요. 청결 상태와 다른 건 다 괜찮습니다. 뷰도 좋고 서비스에 음식에 다 좋습니다. 다만 산에 근접하다 보니 벌레가 문제입니다. 개인적으로는 쥐도 음식을 밖에 내놓으면 와서 가져갈 정도로 짜증났꾸요. 다른 건 아주 좋습니다. 와이파이도 여러개에다가 빠르구요.

Deceiving pics

Pics of the hotel are deceiving. The mountain view is basically a wall of diet in front of your window. There are hundreds of steps to navigate both up and down to get to any room. Room wasn't super clean when we checked in. They did come and clean for us. Food was terrible.
