"Staff, easy to get around very close to Bangla and other shopping. Very quiet at nights. It’s our 2nd time there. They can improve more on western cuisine especially at breakfast."

"The property was very clean . The staff were pleasant and helpful. I found at times the front desk seemed a little unorganized. I asked for a wake up call on two occasions to attend tours and both times i received nothing. I brought this up to the attention of the front desk and they just replied oh sorry we will look into it . i never heard anything back. i did attend the front desk and i asked to have 4 pieces of paper photocopied in which they agreed to do. To my complete shock i looked up and noticed the front desk lady who appeared to be training reading my documents. I asked her are you reading my documents, and she laughed . it was quite awkward. The senior front desk lady working at the adjacent desk told her don’t do that but i guess i thought that was already understood . i stayed at the hotel April 21-25"

"We had a great experience staying at The Nature in Phuket. For a portion of our stay we stayed in the Deluxe Room and for the other portion we stayed in the Deluxe Pool Access Room. Both rooms were almost identical apart from how close you were to the pools. We also noticed that in the Pool Access Room that rather than there being 2 beds being squished together it was one big bed. Location was pretty decent you are about 8 - 10 minutes out from the Jungeylcon shopping centre. It cost about 200Baht if catching a standard grab otherwise there is a free shuttle. In terms of the hotel there is a lot of steps but there is golf carts they can transport you in and lots of ramps in places for wheelchair uses/prams. The pools were nice as well. There are 2 pools that had bars. Happy hour is great and so are the staff. The restaurants and buffets are also really nice. I would recommend checking out Neon the rooftop bar/restaurant as it has a beautiful view of the city. Overall it was a really nice stay. Also beach towels are provided with beach bag in your room which is a massive plus!"

"Family of 4 for 9 days stay. Two bedroom apartment room booked and paid for. Unfortunately the Graceland has seen far better days. Much like the old girls who walk the street in clothing for someone half their age, this hotel is certainly not as advertised. 4 room changes, all unfortunately with issues: non working TV, poor WIFI, sewerage smell emanating from the air conditioner in room 1424 and along the entire 4th floor of that wing, loud pub music til 11pm from the beer bar next door etc. The staff are fine, but typical of a hotel where you are just a number and nothing ever gets done properly. The pools are numerous, being one of the main reasons we chose the Graceland, unfortunately broken, missing and past their useful life tiles are a problem throughout, especially the rooftop and main plaza pool, the nest pool in the new are suffers slightly less, however the poor maintenance and lack of attention has meant that individual mobile filters are used to pump the pool. Poor show all round I'm afraid. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was of a very good standard, but again, furniture, as is the case with this flogged and overworked hotel suffers. Number 1 rating on Hotels.com, Expedia and others is more likely based on the vendor pays for top billing. I won't stay here again and advise anyone who actually wants a restful stay to find alternative accommodation. I asked the staff how a hotel like this can be a 5 star (as advertised) hotel. Who knows!"
