Something good, some thing not so good.

The location was perfect at the beach. Some bad smell on the way to Resturant. Good selection at breakfast. Some trash in the area and on the beach. Nice room and view who was clean, but the shower needed deep cleaning. We lived in 8th floor free from bugs. Very loud music at the pool, impossible for us to stay there for a long time. Nice beach with nice massasje.

Avarage hotel that could be really good. Location is good and the pools have all the potential. But everything is just a bit off. The choices for breakfast is really bad except for the guy making omelettes. Cleaning service will come and disturb you even if you put up no disturb sign. The pools are beuteful but with some more plants and care it could be top of the line. The pool bar was never open. Barely 3 star hotel that with correct education of personal and some small improvement could be a high 4

This hotel lost my reservation. I had to find another hotel. Then they gave me a dirty stinky room. The kitchenette had dirty dishes in the sink. The pool is old and rundown. I was never so glad to leave a hotel. Absolutely in the top 2 worst hotels ever. Please post this

最初、廃墟かと思いました。 横に廃墟、新館と旧館と道を挟んでホテルがありました、友達と2部屋予約しましたが友達が新館。私は旧館。バラバラの建物で困りました。 私の泊まった旧館は廊下が暗く、部屋の家具も古く建て付けが悪く開閉するのに嫌な音、嫌な臭いがしました。カードキーを入れないとエアコンも冷蔵庫も電源が切れるので、外から帰ると西陽で部屋が蒸し風呂状態！冷蔵庫の飲み物もぬるくなっていて…改善すべきだと思います。 朝食のメニューは普通。会場まで行く小さな橋みたいな通り道は下がドブ？いやーな臭いで、食欲おちます。 プールは全部で３つあり、ビューも良かったのでそこは◎！水深もなかなかあり気持ちよかったです。小さいけどプライベートビーチもありプールから直接アクセスでき楽しめました。

Rommet vi fikk var veldig stort, det går en trapp ned fra restauranten til vannet og derfra kan man gå på en kant langs bygget for å komme til stranden. Litt skuffende at de ikke har egen strand, men etter et par dager så finner man at ut hotellet er faktisk veldig bra, deilig å gå ut langs kanten og bort på stranden ved en strand at, kjøpe seg en øl, ligge i solsengen og er også massasje på stranden, 100 kr for en time . Frokost var veldig bra, bassenget og området ved restauranten er veldig fint. Trimrommet trenger en oppgradering, men fungerer. Man trenger noen dager for å virkelig sette pris på hotellet.

Billederne lignede på ingen måde hotellet i virkeligheden. Ved ankomst opdagede vi hurtigt, at intet af personalet kunne engelsk og alt kommunikation skulle foregå over Google translate. Sengetøjet på værelset havde pletter, derfor tvivlsomt om det var skiftet. Vi skulle selv bede om at få skiftet sengetøj, da dette ikke blev gjort. Var der kommet flere pletter på, blev dynen bare vendt om. Morgenmadsbuffet var næsten uspiselig, da der var fluer og insekter i maden og fugle fløj rundt og sked ved maden. Vandet i poolen virkede klistret og tykt og baren/restaurant ved poolen til stranden var ikke åben. Positivt var dog at vi fik rene håndklæder hver dag og størrelsen på altanen.

Beautiful location, service needs attention

e paid extra for a sea view room but were put in a room looking directly from not a water tower. The location is excellent right on the beach with an amazing pool view. Breakfast is average as is the service of the rooms and one of the days our room was not done at all. Probably a worldwide 3 star hotel but a wonderful position.

Erittäin hyvätasoinen hotelli. Huoneet tarpeeksi isoja ja hienot suihkutilat. Siivouksen taso erinomainen ja äärettömän ystävällinen henkilökunta. Molemmat allasalueet upeita ja hotellin sijainti todella hyvä. Lisäksi hotellin palveluun kuuluva ilmainen lentokenttäkuljetus oli hyvä lisä jo muutenkin hyvään palveluun.

Litt slitent hotell. Lokale personal fantastiske, hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Wii fii funker ikke i første etg. Og når vi snakker om første etg. Er ikke det et bra sted å bo hvis du ønsker ro. Dørpartiet er ikke isolert, så du får med deg alt som skjer i ganga enten du vil eller ei. Skrikende unger, og party folk. Skal du ha en solseng ved bassenget må du stå tidlig opp. De russiske gjesten er der før frokost kl06:30 og legger ut badehåndkledene sine for å komme tilbake utover dagen. Veldig irriterende. Øya er fantastisk, sjømaten er fantastisk, neste gang vil jeg bo nord på øya.

部屋は問題なかったが、レストランやレセプションの上のトイレが、使いたくないほどに（実際に嘔吐物などで使えない！！）に汚かった。 レストラン脇のビーチに通る道の脇もゴミだめだった！！

酒店洗澡地方嘅水彈出外面，但地面是雲石比較滑要小心。 另外參加了酒店的Spa，洒店的單張打着是Thann品牌，但係完全不是用那個品牌的產品，而技師也是外面來也不是專業人員，所以很失望。

Några nätter på Palmy

Hotellet, de flesta researrangörer och affärer i närheten vände sig till ryska turister. Jag fick inte det rum jag bokat och utsikten var en personalbostad. Rummet var dock fint och rent fast sängen var hård och det fanns inga garderober. Det pågår mycket byggarbete på och utanför hotellet. Stranden är smal, men det finns gott om solstolar vid poolen, bara några steg från havet. Servicen på restaurangen och baren var långsam och engelskakunskaperna var so och så. Jag var bara där i några dagar, så det var ok med sina brister, men skulle inte boka det för en längre vistelse.

年末年始を過ごすために滞在しました。 気になった点は、バススペースの掃除で少し雑に感じました。それ以外は良かったです！ スタッフは親切ですし、風景も良かったです！ 特にプールは最高でした！

オーバーブックなのに、部屋が壊れて居る？と嘘をつかれ向かいの格安ホテルにダウングレードされました。 僅かな差額の返金のみで、この条件ご嫌なら他のホテルを自分で探して！と… 前金で、こちらから予約しているのに… しかも、後から来る欧米人は普通にチェックインが出来ているって完全に人種差別です！ この様な対応のホテルをこちらで取り扱っている事にももんだいはあると思います。 また、チェックインが快適に出来たかのアンケートにもこの状況をコメントし、確認後回答しますとの返事がありましたが未だに返事はありません。 hotels.com自体もいい加減だと思います！
