Noisy, drunken loud Russians until midnight, no hot water, black mold in the bathroom, almost non existent internet, no one at reception for an hour at check out. I had to go and find them. Give this place a hard pass.

The arrival at hotel was unpleasant even thou it was about 13.40 checkin at 14.00 very abruptly spoken to by reception no welcome no hello sir, passport and reservation detail, even thou passport is normally enough, was told can not have room till after 2pm Rooms are clean but dated, but very noisy, other guests constantly banging closed doors, everything echos around the hotel. I was on the 5th floor below the restaurant, and when ever someone moves a chair or table, you get a loud noise through the floor, The breakfast itself is very average, cold and they can not cook, I asked for sunny side eggs, and each time just mixed over cooked eggs like scrambled, I even showed the chef??? How to cook them, he just laugh, the don’t have a toaster, but an electric oven which takes over 10 mins to cook, well dry ou, no one speaks English in restaurant, The owner has an attitude of I own I do what I want, conducting meeting in the dining area very loudly The view from sea view room, is excellent thou and the 2 ladies that clean the rooms very pleasant. I heard lots of customers complaining and getting angry with the reception about rooms and noise. I would never stay here again

An honest review!

It's a nicely positioned hotel, being about 15 minutes walk from the centre of town, and close to all the convienences. There is no beach in front of the hotel and it's not right on the waterfront, there's a couple of small buildings/ shacks between it and the water. The bed was firm as seems to be the norm in Vietnam. Beautiful pillow though! Nicely set out bathroom, but the shower cubicle need to be sealed at the base, some water escaped while showering.

Huone oli likainen. Lakanoita ei vaihdettu kertaakaan n 2,5 viikon aikana! Kylpyhuoneen peilivalo vilkutti mennessä ja yli kahteen viikkoon sitä ei korjattu. Oli oikosulussa eteisen valon kanssa. Poistettiin kyllä lamppu, mutta johdot jäivät roikkumaan paljaina. Kylpyhuone hämärä. Suihkussa ei mitään kaatoa viemäriin, vesi nousi lattialta lasinseinän raosta wc: n takaa ja kylpyhuone ui. Ainoa viemäri oli suihkussa.Lattia koko ajan märkä. Siivooja ei siivonnut huoneita kuin sinnepäin. Aamupala oli todella huono. Kahvi oli kylmää. Paljon valmiiksi pienittyjä hedelmiä mutta ei mitään tuoretta. Hotelli tosi huonossa kunnossa, yöt meluisia ja jatkuvia tappeluita ja huutoa. Ovet löysiä ja niiden paiskominen yötä päivää oli hirveää. Ovissa n 1.5 cm raot käytävälle. Kaikki äänet kuuluivat selvästi. Todella mennyt yleiskunto koko hotellissa huonoksi 5 vuodessa. Ehdottomasti Ei jatkoon. 5-6 vuotta sitten hotelli oli hyvä, nyt tasoa yömaja. Olisimme vaihtaneet hotellia kolmannen yön jälkeen, mutta yhtään huonetta koko saarella ei ollut vapaana meidän lomapäivillemme. Harkitsimme jopa lentoa takaisin Bangkokiin ja äkkilähtönä muualle. Todella surkea majoitus!

Alla i personalen kunde inte Engelska men de var väldigt hjälpsamma och speciellt en tjej. De fixade mackor åt oss när vi skulle till flygplatsen. Det var ca 7 min promenad till stranden. Hotellet hjälpte oss att boka taxi, vi fick låna handdukar till stranden. Ac funkade inte första natten men de fixade den sedan. Frukosten var helt ok. Rekommenderar.

Satisfactory

We had an good stay at this hotel for 3 nights during christmas. The location is central, but not too loud, so that's good. Just a 10 minute walk or so to the night market. Drawback is that you have to go a houndred meters down the street to get to a beach access, but they will lend you beach towels and the beach is nice. This hotel is not at all fancy, but it's satisfactory. A highlight is the restaurant at the top floor - really beautiful view. The breakfast was no more than ok, but it worked. One final drawback is the english of the staff, but then again, it's poor all over Vietnam..

良いのは立地条件だけで 良くなかったのは 1屋上の朝食バイキングでは男子従業員の態度の悪さにビックリ 笑顔どころか睨みつけられ喧嘩お売られてるように思えた。挙句にお客さんのソファに座って喫煙してました。 部屋ではソープ、シャンプーなどの明記がなくて困りました、ティッシュもありませんでした。 シャワー等の水栓類の吐出量が少なすぎでした。 ただ、レセプションの一人の女性スタッフが親切にしてくれたのが救いでした。

Bon accueil mais la chambre moyennement propre (cheveux, poussière) ensuite ils m’ont vendu un retour pour le Cambodge pour 19$ et en fait il n’y avait que la traversée en bateau. Ce n’était pas du tout ce qui était prévu au départ, n’a pas se fier à leurs paroles. Petit déjeuner pas du tout adapter aux Européens. Premier raté de mon périple au Cambodge et au Vietnam.
