Es hat viel Platz um die Koffer abzustellen. Licht im Bad ist abgebrochen und hängt ohne Birne über dem Spiegel. Die Eingangstüre kann man nur mit dem Schlüssel schliessen. Das Einzelbett hatte leider Bettflöhe, mit schmerzhaften Nachwirkungen.

Placeringen ved havet var fantastiskt, men det var ret isoleret fra nærmeste by og det var svært at få en taxi til at køre derud. Stedet bar præg af at det var gammelt og slidt og at man ikke havde gjort istand siden covid startede. Sengen var i stykker, afløbet utæt, meget af personalen forstod ingenting og der var skrald som skyllede op på den ellers FANTASTISKE strand. Det var som om de ikke havde motivationen till at gøre en indsats for at få det fint igen. Desværre...

My Lan, není žádný resort! Jedná se jednoznačně o místo, vhodné pouze pro místní. Pláž pod nánosem nepořádku není ani vidět. Ráno přijede grupa lidí, udělají si fotky a zase vypadnout. K pobytu absolutně nevhodné. jakmile zapadne slunce, všude je tma. Měli jsme s sebou naštěstí baterku, abychom viděli pod nohy a do něčeho nešlápli. Restaurace?? kromě obsluhy je tam prázdno. Polévka za 50 000 VND = 5 lžic vývaru bez nudlí. Naštěstí jsou v okolí jiné možnosti, ale jediná konkurence je v úsměvu obsluhy, kdyby se tam dostal dobrý manager, jistě by toto místo dokázal oživit a dát mu co si takové místo zaslouží.

Fantastisk beliggenhed ved den smukkeste strand i Vietnam. Høfligt og betænksomt personale. Pænt værelse. Men der er rotter (mange lyder det til) på loftet. Ikke særligt rent på hotelområdet. Mange støjende grupper i restauranten i løbet af dagen. Om aftenen der helt stille. Alt er lukket ca. 18:30.

Vi fick ett boende med kanon bra läge med utsikt över stranden och havet, nära till bar och restaurang. Stranden ska vara Sydostasiens vackraste strand, den var ren där vi bodde, men gick man till ändarna av stranden var det väldigt skräpigt.

I would use "simple" to describe this hotel. The things in the room qere OK but please do not expect they were very well. Most of the staff did not understand English, the rare ones spoke very very little, even the reception. The key highlight is that it is next to the beach. Do not go there after sunset as there are no street lights. I could not find the reception even though I arranged transport (not from hotel) to go there successfully (the driver dropped me off at the hotel restaurant but the reception is on the other side).

Einzigartiger Strand, der jedoch ab den Vormittagsstunden von lauten Tagestouristen überlaufen wird. Jetskis, Bananaboat im Dauereinsatz, tw. von den Vermietern zum Anwerben, nächste gefährliche Nähe zu Schwimmern. Strandverkäufer massig. Strand außerhalb der Resorts extrem schmutzig. Wer das mag: das Resort selbst war ok, zwischen den 6 Bungalows befindet sich das große, etwas teurere Restaurant.

Skabbigt och uselt underhållet

2 stjärnigt hotell visste vi från början, men det här var katastrof. Trasig inredning, rummet luktade illa, skabbiga sängmadrasser (kryp som kom ut därifrån, vägglöss var våran första tanke) . Vi drog därifrån ganska omedelbart! Det kanske är skillnad på olika rum, men vi hade ingen tro på detta hotell så vi stannade inte kvar. Väldigt synd med tanke på det fina läget vid stranden.

絶好のロケーションとコスパは抜群

4月末から5月の頭に掛けて家族で、ビーチフロントの部屋に滞在をしました。 ほぼサオビーチに面しており、徒歩10秒足らずにて砂浜に出れて申し分ないロケーションです ただ、同じ経営者のレストランが部屋とビーチとの間にあり、ベトナム人団体客で連日大賑わいでしたので静かな旅を望まれる人には向かない可能性あります（部屋の外についている宿泊者専用足洗い用シャワーはベトナム人団体客に勝手に使われます） 朝食はショボいですが、併設レストランでの料理は美味しいのでかなりおすすめできます

Great beach and fine service.

Beach is full of tourists during weekends. Weekdays are much quieter. Breakfast is set menu (e.g. 1x omelette+bread+coffee). Food is better next door, down the beach. Prices are a bit higher than average in Phu Quoc, but not insane. Portion sizes are fine - unless you are a "supersize me" person. Wifi is great! Reception staff is fluent in English and were helpful at arranging tours. The restaurant staff is more "point at what you want and buy". But still helpful. To get your room cleaned, you must hang the "make up room" on the door. Otherwise, they only leave towels on the porch and don't go inside. If you want a more quiet, cleaner and better beach. Book with Paradiso in the northern part of the beach. Also, the southern part of the beach is quiet, but not as clean.

We stayed 2 days at the resort, when you booked online expecting not so much when you arrive at the property some pictures are edited online,the room where we stay was very ugly smell especially in the toilet,the people who working in the restaurant is not service minded almost they don't even know how to speak English even if you asking for a salt they don't know and they don't care,your wasted your time to wait, some are busy in the phone and some busy talking each other,and they forgot what you been asking for,the food was not good and a little expensive, and you don't have even privacy in the room especially in front beach bungalow because everybody can stop by,

Till att börja med så vill jag säga att för det priset kan man inte vänta sig mer standard på boendet. Själva boendet är enkelt med funktionellt. Det som drar ner betyget är att det var stor brist på service. Fanns ingen personal i receptionen vare sig när vi kom eller när vi behövde få lakan till vår extrabädd senare på kvällen. I restaurangen fick man verkligen anstränga sig för att få någon form av hjälp. Det stora för oss var nog ändå alla dagsturister som invaderade stranden och resorten. Det var busslaster som kom och var precis överallt. Flera gånger fick vi köra bort andra turister som satt och tvättade fötter och tog igen sig på vår uteplats. På restaurangen satt grupper med medhavd mat och bytte om, smörjde in sig etc. Detta är väl egentligen inte hotellets fel men samtidigt borde de kunna styra upp det bättre. Vi kan ha haft otur som befann oss här när det var både kinesiskt och vietnamesiskt nyår. Vi hade bokat två nätter men stannade bara en natt.

Fräscha bungalows på stranden

Fina och rena rum, vänlig personal i receptionen, perfekt läge på stranden. Restaurangen var vi inte nöjda med, maten var inte speciellt god. Finns bättre restauranger längst stranden. Wifi funkar nog bra men just när vi var där var det problem med internet på rummen.

Normales Hotel mit schlimmem Strandzustand

Das Hotelzimmer wäre noch okay gewesen, aber der Strand war im schlimmen Zustand. Der Strand war überstellt mit angeschwemmtem Holz und sehr viel Abfall. Darunter auch tote Tiere. Traurig so ein Anblick, es wäre eine tolle Bucht.
