Good
We feel very comfortable to stay at kosmos apt hotel, not only their cleanliness but also their customer service. In addition, we were able to cook good meal in the room whenever we have not felt to eat out.

We had 2 rooms for 4 nights. These are close to the end of the building where the electric generator is stored. The night we were there, the electric generator kicked in every 15 to 30 minutes due the very frequent electricity cutoffs. We could not handle the noise for the whole night and just gave up the 2 rooms we booked without refund! The furniture in the living room has kind of run down and there are big stains on the sofa. Will not recommend and won't be back to this property for sure.

Comfy clean stay on Long Beach
Nice and clean aprtment hotel. Comfortable stay and helpful staffs. Very close to the Long Beach, it takes only 5 min on foot, and enjoyed fatastic view of sunset. Surely come back soon :)

호텔위치 장/단점
에어컨이 있어서 덥지는 않았지만, 전체적인 시설은 3.5성급은 아닌듯.. 주변에 편의점 및 한국 식당 이용이 가능합니다. 푸꿕시내이동시 택시기준 17만동, 공항까지 10만동, 선월드 케이블카까지 20만동, 빈펄랜드45만동 호텔에서 해변까지 500m 정도 걸어서 가야합니다.

Greeting from Kosmos Apart Hotel, my apologize for your inconvenient experience with us. I guarantee you our room and facilities have been approve as a 3 star hotel. About the travelling issue, there must be an miscommunication between you and our staff. The reception supposes to inform you that you can rent a bike and order taxi from our hotel easily. From our hotel to the beach is just 200m walk, are you sure that you went to the beach next to Novotel's? By taxi, it normally just took 15 minutes to the airport and 25 minutes to the cable car. Once again, I am so sorry for you experience. I hope you can enjoy your time with us more next time you spend in Phu Quoc

As I speak to the housekeeping department, the towel is stained beyond fixable when we have the chance to clean them ourselves. However, as the hotel policy, all customer have the chance to clean the product themselves to see if that is the truth. This request is surprisingly common to Vietnamese tourist. Maybe there was a miscommunication in the process that make you think it is just a normal sun cream stain. Once again, sorry for your inconvenience and we hope you could enjoy your time with us better next time you stay in Phu Quoc. Best regards,

Nice apartment
Everything is clean and new. We have some little problem at first but the reception was there to support 24/7. Highly recommend.
