"I booked one night with intention to add another two nights if I like property. I was attempting trade show and this location was only 2 min walk from the exhibition center. As I was landing in Ho Chi Minh after 36 hours traveling I got messages from management that they sold out rooms and I will be transferred to a different hotel that is 30 min drive from exhibition center. But the service from the property management was very disappointing… from cockroaches, to delayed cleaning and finally a very unpleasant visit late at night (past midnight) from armed policemen because the property landlord didn’t register us properly made the experience pretty bad.
