It seemed very unsafe dark area after 10pm with suspicious activities going on in parking lot. I would definitely recommend to avoid this property. Not worth risking your and loved-ones well-being.

I feel bad for the owners of the hotel because they are trying to run a business. The owers had to call the police because of drug people trying to get a room for a night and have no where else to go. There was cafeti on the hotel signs. My family and my self did not feel safe and it was way to noisy and the room was not clean to the point were we slept on top of the blankets and there was brown dots on the side of the bath tube and the bottom of the bath tub was black and white. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that said do not remove the toilet from the room and do not take the towels. We only stay for one night. There was no drop off box to drop off the room key. We had a very early morning flight back home. I learned my lesson to not book a cheap hotel for a reason.

Live cockroaches, holes in walls and graffiti in room, no cold water, etc. etc. This was the single worst hotel I have stayed in ever, including run-down properties in India and Thailand. Unreal. The first room I was given had clearly been occupied, with lights on, key on desk, TV on, and bedding wadded up onto the pillows. The second room was UNREAL. This place should not be available on Orbitz or other sites. Shame on you, Wyndham. In addition to the several live cockroaches in my room, there was only scalding hot water out of tap and tub, making a shower impossible. I literally had to let the water sit in a cup to cool down before I could drink any with my pills. Since my flight was delayed, I didn’t have time to go find another hotel. I was stuck. One of the reasons I chose this one was they advertised breakfast. Juice machine was out. Only had a banana and cinnamon roll to offer with plain coffee. Stay away. Stay far, far away. Need more? People standing around outside rooms smoking, so many holes in walls, non-working A/C unit, many burn holes in both comforters, massive holes in the shower wall and floor of tub (though I couldn’t use it due to scalding water), and room was dirty. Staff was unapologetic when I very kindly shared about the scalding water. Breakfast room was supposed to open at 7:30 and I had to catch a flight. Hand-written note on window said “Be back in 30 minutes” and “breakfast“ wasn’t ready until after 8am. Stay away.

Graffiti and bugs!

We selected this hotel because of it's location near a church we attended that evening, as well as certain amenities it had (pool and breakfast). When we walked into the room, we were horrified to see the condition of the room--graffiti everywhere, burn holes in the bedspread, missing light fixtures, cockroaches running around in the bathroom area, and missing hair dryer. We were afraid to sleep in the bed, but it was so late, we took the chance. Also breakfast consisted of cellophane wrapped sweetrolls and coffee.

Never gained access to property as I drove six hours through the night to get there and they weren’t even there to check me in. They didn’t even answer the phone all day. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Rundown and scary

The first room that they gave me had no working electricity. The second room I couldn’t even get into due to the key card not working. Several other people were in the lobby with similar complaints as well. Many of the hotel windows were broken, and it looked incredibly rundown. I ended up not staying there because I didn’t feel safe.

Had a reservation for 2 nights, when we showed up to our room they told us they didn’t have a room for us as our room had been broken into and the police had to be called. This hotel is not in a safe area and looks not very clean. Would have been nice if we got an email or a phone call to let us know Our room wasn’t available. Had to scramble at 10pm to find a place to stay after driving 45 mins from carefree Arizona.

The evening clerk Tiffany was helpful, BUT the afternoon clerks gave us the key to room 114 when we checked in..and then gave our room to someone else after we drove off the property. Upon our return at 8:00, we were locked out of our room! Then we were given room 125 near the pool, but it had no fridge nor TV. The only room remaining was 208 upstairs (we had requested a ground-floor room due to my husband's health) which had one of the two beds already slept in, with a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door! By this time of night, all other rooms were occupied. So, we ended up with a dirty room that had no fridge, a non-working TV, a missing toilet tank cover, a thin bedspread with no blanket on a chilly night, no hangers, and two barking dogs two doors down which used the upstairs walkway as their personal toilet. Upon daylight the following morning, we realized that there were many cockroaches in our room. Never once during the 36 hours prior to and during our stay were we ever able to reach the office by phone even when there was a lady shreaking in the middle of the night. No one would ever answer the phone. Expedia and Wyndham should be ashamed and embarrassed by having this property on their list. Does neither of them have any quality standards? We should be able to get our money back!

It is in an abandoned shopping center...place was so creepy the hotel staff left every night. Hotel lobby was shut down until the next morning....miracle my room key didn't lose its charge.

I took several photos of the disgusting conditions. Graffiti on the walls and furniture, spots (possibly blood) on the walls, inoperable TV, rusty hardware, moldy baseboards, dirty door, loitering people around the property and digging in the trash. Access to the property was through the parking lot of an abandoned store front and on the opposite side of the motel was an shuttered hotel with bed mattress strewn about. It was in an area with unfortunate homelessness. I did not feel safe and couldn't wait to get out. This property should not be offered on Expedia and I should be given a full refund.
