IT WAS GOOD LOCATIION BUT NO BREAKFAST WAS AVAILBLE FOR MY CHILDREN ICE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING AND IT WAS 101 DEG ON THAT DAY WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO CK IN TILL AFTER 4 PM WE HAD TO STAY IN THE LOBBY FOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS

Pleasant Staff Great Location

Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head.

Decent stay

overall it was a good stay. Quiet and hotel staff practiced social distancing. Room was not clean but after spending $10 at dollar store for cleaning items and doing it myself it was a lot more comfortable. They did give me a discount for one night because the hot water wasn't working, which sucked. However the discount made up for it.

Worst place Ive been too

This place looked so nice from the online pictures. Once I got there, the room was filthy and the service at the front desk was poor. The surrounding area was also not the best one to be in. I checked out immediately and went to another hotel and it was like day and night. I do NOT recommend this hotel AT ALL.

ASU Visit

The hotel is old and definitely needs remodeling. The conditions are run down and repairs are needed. It almost looks like a weekly stay for locals. I'm glad we only needed to stay overnight. Unfortunately won't stay again until it's has been remodeled. The location was excellent and very convenient to stores, food places and even the ASU stadium. Customer service from employees...i.e. front desk, housekeeping and management was great (reason I gave it 3 stars and not 2 stars) LOOKS LIKE A NAME CHANGED MAYBE DUE TO NEW MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS SO HOPEFULLY REMODELING SOON!!

Run Down with a Super Spreader Event in Full Swing

When I arrived, my suite had been given away. The clerk was only authorized to offer me $4/night off for the difference between a suite and a room. When I berated the booking service, she felt threatened and we had pointed words (no name calling, no banging on counters or plexiglass partition, yet she felt threatened), even though I pointed out my ire was not at her. (Mutual apologies exchanged next morn). Eventually,I was checked in and told that I would not be charged until the manager dealt with the situation in the morning (I was later given a more significant reduction in my rate). However, I was told if I had paid for the room in advance — even though Hotels.com offers me the option not to do so — the suite would have been saved. So much for being a Gold member NINE YEARS IN A ROW. The motel itself is VERY run down. The cement steps are chipped, the stones and all the walkways are stained or have chipped paint, and they are dirty. Between the parking lot and my room, I saw a few overflowing trash cans. Okay, it was night on Friday. My room was near the pool, and the full-on pool party! (repeated the next night). People barbecuing, pool and hot tub filled with people, music blasting. There were 50+ people (no exaggeration, have a pic), NO MASKS! NO SOCIAL DISTANCING! (Was this legal? Definitely NOT safe.) The room, itself, though in need of a paint job and with scratched furniture, was very clean. I am very sure that I was not in danger of covid there.

The beds had dirty soiled linens with body fluids. Had towels, no face cloths. It's a health hazard. The property isn't well lit. No security. No elevators. Ice machines are placed in areas that are dark isolated. I had no room service during my 3 night stay. Very disappointing!

This hotel is amazing! We are in the process of getting our own home and this hotel has been the best! They have clean rooms, free breakfast, heated pool, a social hour where you get two free drinks every night! The staff are super friendly. Not to mention it’s pet friendly!!

Ant infestation

My stay was honestly a nightmare the first day I arrived on the property my kitchen already had ants that were crawling on the counter. So I cleaned it up thinking that it would go away. It ended up turning into an infestation of ants all over my kitchen. Had to throw food away due to this. Also wasn't able to leave anything on the counters for more than 10 minutes without ants appearing everywhere I notified the office about the condition and they told me that maintenance would spray. I was there for 5 days and it was never taken care of and just got worse. It was to the point where I had to check out of the room because I was dissatisfied with the hotel. The room size is great but unfortunately they have an ant problem.

I travel a lot for leisure and business and I must say this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. The hotel is truly disgusting and looks nothing like the pictures advertised. The area surrounding the hotel is filthy. We saw opened trash bags and litter everywhere including the stairwell and hallways leading to the rooms. We saw a drug transaction in the parking lot and the place looks very sketchy. Our room smelled and everything looked so old and outdated. The chairs were so worn out and disgusting no one sat on them. We saw roaches and in our room and there was no hot water. Maintenance came and fixed it after we called. I get creeped out and itchy when I think of our experienced. Needless to say we spent one night there as it was the holidays ans we couldn't find a room anywhere else. Thankfully we were able to spend the rest of our time in Phoenix staying with family. Awful awful hotel. It needs to be shut down!

The staff was extremely rude. They have drug dealers that stay there on the bottom floor running from their room to the strip joint. Requested a room on 1st floor due to disability, was denied saying that they were all full. was told. "If this is not what you want to hear, you can stay somewhere else." I was not the only elderly person as my neighbor who used a walker was also put on the 2nd floor.

Luxurious for it's price

For it's price this is a great place to stay. I stayed 4 weeks, as I kept extending my stay since I enjoyed it so much. Management and staff are exceptional. Many little extras. High quality linens and towels. Very spacious. It's a bit older and the furnishings are a bit old, but fine for the price. Great location. Highly recommended.

Great choice

Needed a place to stay in Phoenix for school stuff for a couple weeks and this did the job. Felt comfortable being by myself here and overall the area was pretty quiet. I will definitely stay here again!

NEVER AGAIN

Needless to say this was a very short stay. I was just looking for a place to stay overnight and found this cheap place to stay. This place looks nothing like the pictures. I was in a queen suite. I wiped down things With Lysol that I would to touch. The hotel was dirty. The pillows on the bed was half size, the towels were rough, the room had a old smell to it
