Front desk gave me my key 120 I went to my room and someone was already there.. Motel 6 said it’s nothing to do with them and sorry no rooms available. I had to sleep in my car and never felt safe. Horrible service and experience. The person in the room could have shot me or did something horrible!!!

My room had water running constantly. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. I requested two queen beds because I was traveling with a friend. They ran out of rooms and forced us into a king bed. Don’t stay here!!

The room was shabby! The bath tub was rusted, Big patched holes in the door and walls, that had been plastered over but not finished off. The bedding smelled like cigeret . If we hadn't been so tired when we got there,or if we were needing to stay in town longer, we would have gone somewhere else. The place needs a total make-over.

Run down, poorly maintained, had roaches. Sparse furniture—only one chair, one bedside lamp. The lamp was the only light in the room. The standing lamp that was supposed to turn on by the door had no bulb. The bedside lamp was missing a bulb and the bathroom vanity needed 2. I notified the office and the maintenance man, but nothing was done in the 4 days we stayed. No shampoo in bathroom. Night clerk was rude. She left me and another guest standing outside in the cold while she counted money and did clerical duties unrelated to checking us in. Key cards gave us problems. We had to reprogram it daily.

The staff was very polite, however we were offered three different rooms all of which had cockroaches. The front desk was helpful regarding accommodations and refunding our stay but still had to find a new hotel.

I had scheduled a 2 night stay and didn’t even bother to stay one night. The staff said that they would not be able to help me if there was an issue with the room because they were fully booked. I entered our room and it was foul. There were cockroaches in the nightstand, dresser, bathtub and walls. The sheets were dirty with (what I am praying was) grease stains and paw prints. The top blanket had crusted mystery stains. When I checked for bedbugs, the mattress was filthy and deeply stained. There were splatter marks on the ceilings and walls. The toilet was being held together with masking tape. The furniture was badly beaten and there was a nightstand missing the hardware. I tried to make the best of it, and when I ultimately decided to leave and check out with my minor child, the front desk told me they could only give me a partial refund because I had entered the room for an hour. What a joke. I just want my money back. There is a shed in the parking lot that was open and full of dirty mattresses that were not protected. How is any of this okay? It was a total dump. Not worth it at all.

Stayed for an extended time while finishing up some work had to extend multiple times chose here because of pet policy my interaction with Bobbie at front desk and the couple times with Jeff the general manager were always quick and efficient very friendly staff if in Mesa area I I definitely recommend staying there
