The shower door didn’t close, the bed was unbearable, and the lazy river was a nightmare—crowded, no inner tubes, and kids jumping off dangerously. The pool was equally packed, and every single amenity had hidden fees—parking, rentals, everything was extra—none of it disclosed up front. And to make it worse, the servers never offered a receipt, so they could tack on maximum...

「Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...
