We were not able to register due to problems with internet as we were never told what the process was. We do not plan to ever go through this type of reservation and we do not recommend it.

I could not access the front door of building because the system was broke. The apartment door would not open if locked so I had to leave the apartment unlocked. Several calls and texts and zero help. I would never book this apartment again.

The lading app did not work despite trying to uninstall, reinstall, change passwords and call the help line. Therefore we did not know the building number, apartment number the code to get into the building, or the unit, we had no idea where to park. We got in after hours and I called the landing help line and it wasn’t for an hour until I received help. It was 11:45 at night by the time we got into the unit. There was no soap in the shower soap containers. It was all just frustrating
