Room was not cleaned very well, there was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee made in the lobby. There was no phone in the room to call or a closet to hang clothes. Looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in previously and not fixed well.

Extend-a-Suites Phoenix
The property was littered with homeless people, people in wheer-chairs, and BBQ pits around the parking lot for someone. I would not advise any female or family to stay here. The tub down-spout was disgustingly dirty. The floor tiles were mis-aligned, the tub floor was stained.
