The hotel was great value for money. The management is really good and obviously care about their guests. It was a litfle bit dark in the lobby but I would strongly recommend it.

Good stay in central location.

Good 2 night stay in central located hotel. Close walking distance to all amenities in the city. Clean room and bathroom . Only problem is the air conditioning started dripping water in the middle of the night, bed was abut too firm.

Next to construction site, woke up in the night

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, too dark due to lack of lamps in the critical places. The problem was that there's a construction going on next to the hotel. Men and heavy machine worked also in night. On the 1st night I woke up at 2.30 as the whole hotel was like shaking due to all drilling. I wouldn't book before ensuring that the work is finished.

This is a great value for the money the people there are very easy to work with and very friendly And there is a tuk tuk driver out front that is just absolutely a super gentleman to work with

My husband and I got back from a two week trip to Vietnam and Cambodia and this was the worst place we checked into. Upon arrival, the receptionist wanted us to do the work for him and tell him the type of room we booked instead of looking it up. Then, once we got to the room, there was no door for the bathroom. It was just a curtain. The walls were cracked. The whole room looked dirty and there were grease stains on the headboard. We went down for a bit to grab a drink at 8 pm and they told us the restaurant was closed and they couldn’t serve us a drink. We left, came back, saw the room again and decided to book another hotel and leave. Also, when we were in the room the ac did not work for the hour that we were in there. I have no idea why this property was listed as a four star hotel, as it definitely is not one. I also attempted to contact hotel management and they were unresponsive.

The hotel was nice, eclectic, clean and in a good location for us. But someone entered my room safe and swapped out 3 $100 bills with counterfeit. I know this because the money was never off my person until I put it in that hotel safe. This hotel was the very first stop after we left our home in the States. I’m lucky I wasn’t arrested for trying to pass counterfeit money. After this happened I did research and saw this is a common problem now in Cambodia. I messaged the hotel and left them a voicemail and they never responded, so they obviously don’t care that someone on their staff is a thief. If you choose to stay at this hotel, BEWARE. They CAN open any room safe at any time, so it’s not really safe at all.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Das Fenster zum Bad bringt auch dorthin Tageslicht, mit dem Rollo lässt sich auch falls benötigt Sichtschutz herstellen. Wofür das Hotel absolut nichts kann: Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite finden 24/7 Bauarbeiten statt und die sind zur Zeit des Aufenthaltes ohrenbetäubend gewesen. Direkt in der ersten Nacht habe ich das Zimmer wechseln können, was eine Verbesserung in punkto Lärm darstellte. Dafür verfügte das Zimmer über keinen Balkon. Man sollte sich also erkundigen, in welcher Bauphase man sich gerade befindet, ansonsten würde ich sofort wieder dort buchen.

Walked up 4 floors. No elevator.

didnt aware there is no elevator in this 4-storey hotel. booked 3 rooms. 1 room at 4th floor. the roomkeep didnt replenish the toothbrushes for 2 consecutive days. simple breakfast (set meal western & asian) but taste good. not suitable for friend-sharing as there is a big glass window at bathroom, seeing the bedroom. there is a vertical blind but still see through clearly. located at busy st 136 bar street, but away from bars area. facing international school. noisy when classes dismiss

Hotel très bien situé et joliment décoré. Chambre propre et tout à fait correcte pour le prix. Par contre niveau service 0 ! La personne à l'accueil ne vous aide pas à porter les bagages, ne vous accompagne pas à la chambre et attention 4 hauts étages sans ascenseur ! La personne de l'accueil ne pense qu'à vous refiler ses amis taxis ou tuk tuk c'est tout ce qu'il sait faire.

very nice place

what a great hotel, nice bed quiet and easy to get to where i needed to be. A very french shower but is that not to be expected. The staff were helpful and were there when i needed them. even giving me and umbrella when it was raining

Good hotel with great location.

Nice big room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice. Great location. Close to river and close to koh pich which is what we needed to access everyday. Nice decor as well. Front staff could be a little more friendly but I think it’s a language barrier.
