朝食に白米が食べられるというクチコミを見てこちらに決めました。 コロナの影響でお客さんが少ないでしょうし仕方ないのかもですが、楽しみにしていた朝食が冷たいパンとソーセージ、目玉焼きがto go boxに入れられており、トースターはおろか、塩コショウやケチャップ等もないと言われ、このホテルにした意味が半分はなくなりました。 冷蔵庫はありますが温度調節のつまみが取れており回せず、結局冷える事なく利用できませんでしたし、時計の電池も切れたまま放置され意味がなかったです。 とはいえカンボジア在住の私には、半年ぶりの湯船はありがたかったですし、お部屋は清潔でした。

Worst hotel I have ever stayed

The hotel has the worst customer service. Upon arrival at about 3.30pm, we were told that check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am, strictly no extension unless we are club members. We were told to hang around the lobby till 4pm, very inflexible. When we request for 1 extra towel, we were told it is chargeable as 1 guest is entitled to 1 towel per day. The next day when we got back to the hotel, we noticed that the hand towels were not changed as one of the towels was damped. I called for a change of towels but was told to pick up from the front desk myself. At the front desk, the receptionist said that housekeeping has complained that we put our skincare and cosmetic on one of the hand towels, if there is stain, we will be charged upon check out. This was really annoying. When I asked why the towels were not changed, she said they were still clean, no need to change. This was so contradicting. How do they determine if the towels are dirty enough to change? When there is stains? And we are charged for stains!!! Not only towels were not changed, the cups we used were not washed, toilet rolls and tissue were not replenished. When we asked for toilet rolls, we were told to wait till housekeeping make up our room to replenish. We have to insist that we get the toilet rolls. I wonder what does the housekeeping do everyday. We stayed on a non-smoking floor but the corridor smell of cigarette and saw cigarette butt on the floor. Our 3 nights stay was very unpleasant.

โรงแรมดี ห้องเล็กไปนิดคะ แต่ไม่ค่อยได้อยู่ที่ห้องมากนักก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่าค่ะ มีรถ shuttle bus​ไปส่งบริเวณใกล้ๆโดยไม่คิดเงิน บริการดี สะอาด มีรถแท็กซี่เรียกได้หน้าโรงแรม อยู่ไม่ไกลจากอิออนสาขาแรก เดินไปซื้อของทานได้คะ อาหารเช้าอร่อยและมีกลิ่นอายของความเป็นญี่ปุ่นค่ะ

日本国内はよく利用するので比べるとやはり現地スタッフ教育を徹底すべきだと思いました。日本人には厳しい品質だと思うし現地の同等金額のホテルと比べても劣る部分が多々有ると思います。まず施設は清潔ですがスタッフが不潔で汗臭さなどが廊下などの共用部分にいつまでも残っており挙げ句の果ては匂いの元の人間が奥まった共用部分の床で寝てましたよ？23階のバーに金曜日21時くらいに行くと客が1人も居らず男性スタッフが2人ソファーで寝てましたよ？フードも日本の味には程遠く不味いですが日本人が管理しているのでしょうか？これではまた宿泊したいとは到底少なくとも私には思えません！言っておきますが私は神経質ではないですし色々な国にも行きますが本当にここの品質は不快でした！

日本国内はよく利用しているので飛行機が深夜便の為帰国最終日に2泊取って2泊目は夕方まで利用しました。良い点はバスタブがある事と朝食のレストランが23階で眺望が昼夜共に大変良い事です。悪い点はやはり現地スタッフですね〜施設は日本そのままですが私の部屋の側にリネン室？が有り廊下中が汗臭く不快になるような人が大声でウロウロして日中は奥まった所で寝てましたしまた臭いので本当に不快でした！また金曜日の夜21時頃レストランに行くと客は無しで2人スタッフがソファで寝ており慌てて起きてまして日本式カレーがあるので注文しましたが薄めたような何とも残念な味で全く日本の味とは程遠かったです！もっと管理教育をしないと日本人は利用しなくなるんじゃないでしょうか？あとシャワーが全く熱くならず浴槽に浸かる事も出来ませんでした！方のホテルと比べても値段、品質、立地もあまり良いとは言えません！日本人の皆さんの参考になればと思います。
