Great Hotel!

Silver Mounts is perfectly located within walking distance to many attractions and the Mekong River esplanade. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Well appointed rooms with electric kettle and coffee, mini fridge, hair dryer, comfortable bed, AC. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great price for this hotel!

Clean with good location

Room was clean. Breakfast was a basic mix of western/Khmer options. Staff was helpful in arranging tuk tuk to see Silk Island after my boat tour canceled. Location was easy walk or short cheap tuktuk ride to the major sites of Phnom Penh.

I liked the attitude of the staff. That was positive. However, the TV quality was terrible and the fact that there was no view from the window - just a wall was disappointing. Therefore, it was not good value for money so left after two nights to move to a four-star hotel which cost only $10 per night more than Silver Mounts.

Charged USD $ 2.0 for a small bottle of water consumed accidentally from the mini bar! As the minibar is outside on the table. Charged USD $ 25 for a car to the airport, much cheaper outside. Hardly 15 minutes to the airport and was told it would take 1hr at 4AM. No receipt for this! Very fussy, and did not convert a slightly torn USD $ 100 bill. COCKROACHES ON THE RECEPTION SOFA AND MILLIPEDE ON THE FLOOR!!! Very courteous kitchen and bell staff.

価格に対して十分に広い部屋でした。午前中に到着しましたがチェックイン前にレセプションで荷物を預かってくれました。(レセプションにまとめて置いておくだけなのでやや不安はありましたが) ホテル前にはレストランやバーが並んでおり、大抵トゥクトゥクが待機しています。配車アプリを使った際もすぐ来てくれます。 スタッフの対応もよく、シェムリアップ行きのバスのピックアップについて質問した際も丁寧に説明してくれて、当日も私がピックアップサービス利用者であることを覚えていました。 部屋の設備が老朽化しやや傷んでいるものがありますが、そこは価格と天秤にかけてどう捉えるのかといったところだと思います。シャワーのお湯の出は最初時間がかかり、少し慣れが必要でしたが問題ないレベルでした。

部屋は広くて清潔、ちゃんとお湯も出ます！湯量も問題なし。スタッフも親切。近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり不満らしい不満は何もないのですが、あえて言うなら部屋のテレビが付かなかったのが少しだけ残念なところでした。（たまたまリモコンの電池切れか何かだとは思いますが） ただ基本大満足でした。プノンペンに行く際はまた利用させてもらいたいです。
