I stay in Phnom Penh often, and this is one of my go to places. Very affordable and within walking distance of the central market and many grocery stores. Staff is always friendly.

Firstly, the pictures in the advert have been retouched using Photoshop. The hotel is older than it appears in the photos. They have an unusual system: a physical key for the door and a key card to activate the electricity in the room. The jacuzzi had no water. The steam room smelt of mould and appeared to be out of order, as did the sauna. The restaurant only accepts cash. Complimentary toiletries and two bottles of water were provided. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and spoke some English.

The good bad and ugly

The good There was an elevator although painfully slow, staff were friendly and 7 eleven shop opposite The Bad No jacuzzi but in all honesty i wouldn't have used it looking at the standards of cleanliness The Ugly Not a great area. First impressions of area would put you off phnom penn. Rooms were very shabby, aircon was poor. Sink hanging on to wall by love only. Deep clean would take it to 2 star rating. Beds so hard. Wish i could give it a better rating but its just another neglected hotel

The service and the location were perfect with several available restaurants and numerous street vendors close by. The staff were very attentive and personable. Close to the Cental Market as well! An exceptional value indeed!! The property is older and in need of some updates however the room was very clean and the bed firm and totally restful.

Both the reception staff and the cleaning staff are super friendly. Pick-up service from the airport was reliable and easy. I emailed them in English and they arranged an experienced driver and a suitable car for us. It was $20 for the 3 of us and a few bags. I enjoyed my stay and will come back if I go to Phnom Penh again.
