平均以上のホテル

あまり慣れていないプノンペンでしたので分かりやすい大通りから入ってすぐのこちらのホテルを選びました。しかし食事をするには周りには少なく毎回少し歩かねばなりません。館内、部屋も綺麗に保っているという努力が感じられました。Wifiは少し微弱、お湯の出もたまに少し時間が掛かる時がありますが良いでしょう。1日1回停電(5分位で回復)があります。窓も開き良かったです。

At first they gave me a room near the street (noisy) and the TV channel mostly not clear. Requested to change room. They changed for me to a bigger and less noisy room. The receptionist is very helpful. I told him I am waiting for the bus come to pick me up and when the driver arrived the lobby, he informed me. The hotel is with massage & cafe. I tried both. So satisfied with their service and facility.

The location is great, We found it easy to walk to many places like the central market, a super market and many great places to eat and shop. The hotel is on a calm street and feels very safe to walk around after dark, just watch traffic as you cross the street. The hotel restaurant has good food and a friendly staff. There are taxies of one kind or another as soon as you walk out the door, making it easy to go to other parts of the city. My lady and I plan to stay at Mito Hotel the next time we go to Phnom Penh. The hotel wifi is good and Google Maps works well. In the four days there we only left the area once because there are so many nice places to go to in a two to eight street range of the hotel, even a movie theater. This hotel is a great value in a great location.

The hotel was fine, but the restaurant staff couldn’t get their heads out of their phones. They just giggled and worked on their play list. Thev played the same songs over and over. Even when there were only 4 customers, and there was 5 on staff we had to repeatedly get up to ask to place an order, to bring condiments, and for our bill. I wouldn’t go back there just on that alone.

今年の元旦頃にかけて止まった時には部屋にルームサービスの 電話番号とメニューが置いてあったのにそれが今回8月の滞在時には無くなっていてルームサービス依頼時にはメニューをレストランに行って見て覚えているかメニューを借りてくるかせざるをえなく、全く不便な変更になっています。 元のシステムに戻していただくよう切望いたします。
