Hotel under renovation...
The hotel is still under construction/renovation. There's no working elevator yet. Our Family room didn't fit with the description, there was no bathtub and the room was just to be about "almost" finished. And if you want a "window with an outside view" make sure before you book. We had a "Window" with a view inside the hotel... The following morning we woke up by renovation noise...
On the other hand, It's very central, don't need to take tuk-tuk everywhere. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. And once the renovation is going to be finished, I think it will be great but I will not return before that.
I've stayed here a few times as it's in a very convenient location. Staff are very helpful and friendly, but the rooms are in need of upgrade and there is no elevator - tough if you are on the top floor. You get what you pay for and I think overall this hotel is value for money if you just need a place to sleep at night.

no breakfast no elevator
I am perhaps asking for too much for such good location.
Still one of the best places to stay in PP.
The only issue is no elevator and the stairs are quite
long. There is some US expat living in the hotel with his
door open, seemingly looking for company or some good chat.
This can either make you home or uncomfortable depending on
your your taste. The night guard will try to find a girl at night
so be careful with the offers.

No elevator but close to FCC and the river
It is not as good as it used to be. The rates have gone up about 3 usd more for a single. I had a nice room on the 3rd floor. The issue is again no elevator. The night guard tried to find a girl? for you if you are alone.
