Fabulous room. Very clean and modern. Lovely shower with separate bathtub. Excellent wi-fi, tv with plenty of channels including English language. Staff were very nice and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Skybar and pool were also very good. My only choice when staying in Phnom Penh.

Great hotel with perfect location!

Overall great hotel, amazing rooftop pool with nice view over the city. Breakfast was over expectations with several western options aswell. Room was nice and felt renovated, very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very clean and the staff are so amazingly helpful!! Nothing was a problem. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Phnom Penh.

Fantastic hotel in good location

Arguably best hotel in the city. Very clean and fresh throughout. Room was not too big but in excellent condition. Good AC. Helpful front desk and a nice breakfast. Roof top pool was great but only 2 pounders were in the sun after midday which was a little disappointing.

Great location and friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Harmony Hotel in Phnom Penh. The location was good, we could walk to the royal palace, markets and lots of cafes and restaurants easily the room was spacious and comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was good with great Asian pork soup as well as European options if we weren’t feeling adventurous. Loved the infinity pool in the afternoons - great view of the river and nice cocktails. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would love to return.

I had a wonderful stay overall,  the staff were genuinely warm and attentive, and the daily breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The room was spotless and well‑appointed, and all common areas were impeccably maintained. My only drawback was the bed: it was quite hard and left me aching after a few nights. A mattress topper or softer option would make a big difference. If the hotel upgrades its bedding, it would easily be a five‑star experience. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and I’d happily return and recommend it to others.

Loved it.

Couldn’t be better. I loved the hotel. Great service, staff and breakfast. Not placed in the finest area but 2 minutes walk to the river and transport is cheap. The are good restaurants in the area. The room looked new. I loved the sky bar where you also can get dinner. I tried 2 times and the dinner was of high standard and was tasty. Only downside was a bit hard bed but that’s in general an issue in Asia.

We were four adults (two rooms) visiting from NYC. We stayed for four nights in September. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. We enjoyed the breakfast on the second floor and liked that the location was so convenient. There is a daily wet market on the same street, and lots of local restaurants nearby. It’s also very close to the river where we took many walks in the morning and evening. My parents are older so we appreciated that there was an elevator to the ground level, and nearby things we could walk to. The central market is a quick tuk tuk ride, as are many other sites.
