My new go to budget place

You need to keep in mind the bargain price of this place. Not the best location but certainly not the worst. Many Khmer food restaurants close by and about $1.30 tuk tuk ride away for western food. The room was good sized, comfortable bed, hot shower, and reasonable kitchen. The room has a safe but I felt very comfortable with safety. The air con worked great (I always clean the filters and theses were BAD).I was on the 7th floor of the rear tower(?) so it was quiet. The staf communicated in English well. Coffee and food stalls on the street were good. I went for a walk after midnight and felt safe. It isn't fancy but an EXCELLENT value.

The residence was a very pleasant place to stay—clean, quiet, and neither too bright nor too hot. The location is perfect, conveniently close to everything, and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. We especially want to thank the receptionist, Hean. With his help, our stay was much more comfortable and filled with a friendly atmosphere. He was always professional and readily available to assist us with our needs. Without Hean's help we definitely wouldn't stay there for that long (almost two weeks.)

I would not recommend this place

The apartment was a bit dark and could do with better lighting. The bathrooms are gray concrete and look depressing. One of the two toilets was blocked from the first day and the other one was leaking all over the bathroom floor.

Godt til kortere ophold

Virkelig godt til pengene, meget billigt. Gode airconditions, stort køleskab. Jeg var der i 13 dage og bad om rengøring 3 gange men fik det kun en gang. Meget spind og støv i hjørner, så rengøring var ikke omfattende. Da jeg skulle checke ud kunne jeg ikke få lov at blive en time mere, så ville de opkræve for en hel nat. Ikke særlig meget naturligt lys og heller ikke fra lamper. Men til prisen til et kortere ophold (4-7 dage) er det virkelig godt.
