「The Gentleman at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He was nice enough to let us see our room before checking in and was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. 」

「In town for a wedding. Reasonable rates for the area. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Hot tub and pool in good condition and large for hotels these days. Breakfast was mediocre, but I never expect hotel breakfast to be 5 star. Was decent for what it was. Responsive, friendly staff. 」

「Checkin gal was super sweet. Lobby was nice for a place to gather with others to play cards/mingle. Bed was comfy, pillows just ok. Shower water pressure was AWESOME (this is a huge asset for our family). Laundry room (while only 1 washer and 1 dryer) it was so nice to have to wash the teams soccer uniforms for the next day. 「This is our "go-to" home when we visit family in the Baldwin area. Always clean, good lighting, spacious enough for suitcases & enough outlets for electronics, good complete breakfast, clean pool area. Back side of hotel looks out into rural woods -- no neighbors! Many of the desk personnel greet us like old friends after several visits, and are helpful & friendly. I want to commend a newer employee Cheyenne on the 2nd shift -- we needed a little extra bedding to secure a 3-year-old in one...
