「Great place, perfect location, close to shops, beach, pub, enough room for 8. Only downside was didn’t show picture of actual room until unit was booked, the photo displayed were for unit 12 therefore showing different balcony view. 」

「We stayed in 344 The Waves for the weekend and it was very nice and pleasant. Apartment has ample space, kitchen has all your need, there are supplies like coffee, tea and even wines! And the spa-bath was very nice (bit noisy but nice). Balcony floor could use a clean, but that is really nitpicking. Location was excellent, at the beach with all the Phillip Island attractions within 15-20 mins drive. We loved it.」

「Positives: Great location - walk across the road to the beach and less than 200m walk to main st cafes, restaurants and shops. Secure underground car parking. Well appointed apartment with all amenities and full kitchen (incl dishwasher) and laundry facilities. Negatives: Design of the building results in A LOT of noise from other guests accessing their apartments being transmitted into bedrooms at night. Expect to get woken up a lot at night by other guests. Apartment cleanliness...

「We stayed for a long weekend and it was a really nice place to stay. Clean, nice furniture, lovely little balcony to sit on. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and hotels, all in easy walking distance. The layout of the apartment is unusual in that the bunk beds are in the entrance/kitchenette area, but it was good to be separate from the living area, which is where the queen bed is situated. A great place to stay, especially short term. 」

「The apartment was not cleaned Facieses was left in both bathrooms and we had to clean it. The beds felt like there were bugs in the sheets which left us scratching all night. You could easily hear the neighbours across the hallway and they stayed up until 1am. Would not recommend if you want to enjoy your holiday?」
