They charge like $6 for coffee. Nothing was included with the room. Area stores and restaurants were very low quality service and horribly kept including Cava, Target and others were not nice.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-City Avenue
The bathroom had mildew in several places. There was no coffee in my room. The tables in the lobby were sticky and gross. We were not informed about breakfast availability and times. Parking should be included in the price of a room.
