The room Sadie hotel was fine but I some how booked a room twice one with a completely wrong email address so I never got confirmation. Manager said she gave Expedia a waver so I could get a refund. Expedia said the did not get anything…. So I was never refunded for the honest mistake.

This is a beautiful newer hotel with large rooms and in a very convenient location. The subway was near the front door of the hotel and took us directly to/from Lincoln Field for the Eagles game. The staff was helpful as well. All around a great experience!

Almost everything was perfect about the hotel from the cleanliness and value for money for the room to the decor of the lobby interior and the friendliness of the staff. The location was excellent with many food options nearby and it was very convenient to get to the Marion Anderson Hall. Only downsides were the noisy neighbors we had for one day (which the security guard helped with by giving them a warning twice, so that was appreciated) and the doors of the hotel rooms slam really loudly and shook the whole floor which is the only reason I would rate my experience only four instead of five stars.

Clean room, speedy check in and out, perfect location for the comedy show we were in Philly for. Valet parking was a bit pricey, but completely worth it to us. Only let down was room service. We booked here because it was noted they had it, but when we tried for breakfast via Toast which they tell you to use the restaurant was noted as unavailable, even though it was open, so no room service.

First of all the location is in the middle of Center City. Easy walk to countless restaurants and bars. The young lady that checked us in made quick work of checking in 3 people ahead of us. She was efficient and pleasant, setting a great tone for our stay. The room was clean, quiet, and the bathroom was nice if not a little bit long in the tooth. Comfortable beds and easy checkout.

It was an okay stay 3/5, definitely average. However, The service was below average. We were there for 3 nights, we asked for towel, we were told we had to go to the front desk. They never came to our room to clean while we was out as we requested. When we arrived with our bags there were no carts. The revolving doors were broken. Staff was not the friendliest, but not rude either. I guess have been spoiled at other hotels so we were surprised with the bare minimum effort. The positive were all the tv channels, microwave, comfortable. I wished they had netflix like some of the other hotels. All and all, was not horrible, but far from excellent. A generous 3/5

When I arrived, check-in was completely standard and fine. However, my key card (which worked perfectly to prompt the elevator), would not enable me to open my room door. I went back and overheard another newly checked in guest express the same issue. We were both issued new rooms and told to try again. In the elevator, two other guests noted they had had the same problem, and quietly said that the front desk person was tremendously rude to them. I shrugged and said I hadn’t yet experienced that, and she seemed like she was doing her best. I went to the gym after dropping my things off in my room, and then could not reenter my room. At this point, I’d gone up and down through the hotel for this problem several times. Finally, the desk staff came with me. In the elevator, I’d asked if she had a master key, and she completely ignored me while scowling. Initially, even her master key didn’t work. After several tries, my door worked and I complained that I’d never seen this problem before, and it was probably unwise to leave my room until checkout the next morning. She then told me that of the 900 guests, only I was complaining and it was clearly my personal inability to open the door. I nearly laughed, having just watched her struggle to open the door herself, and witnessed 100% of the other guests I’d encountered having the same problem. I didn’t leave my room again until the next morning for checkout, but honestly would never stay here again. It was an exhausting hassle.
