If you do not have your own transportation, then it could be problematic. Need to call the owner to fetch you in as he speak good English. To get supplies or food, need to travel a few kilometers to town. The single unit wooden house is the main thing that attracts me but the room is a bit small and crammed. "Good: Good mattress. The breakfast is fine for the price. Ok wifi. Bad: Stayed in Superior room number 15. This room is right next to the reception and common area. So it's hard to calm down. There is constant chatter 3 meters from the bed from 7.00 to after midnight. So you can't sleep until everyone has left the common area. One should stop using this room. Cobwebs over the bed. Constantly wet floor in the bathroom because a faucet drips, so the water runs across the floor. So you stand on...

"Each room has a balcony, which makes convenient to hang out the washing. There is a shared van from the main road to the Nakhon Sawan Train Station, which is priced at 12 baht per person. I would recommend this no-frills hotel for budget travellers."

"Good location for a stop-over while driving from Chiang Rai to Rayong with a dog.The room was acceptably clean and bed was comfortable. Only adverse comments relates to the bathroom which was dated and in need of maintenance - for example shower was feeble and replacement of the leaky hose would have been beneficial. Good value for the price paid though."
