Hidden gem

This is a hidden gem. Cabanas in a beautiful setting on a moat by the river entrance to the lake. Almost empty because tourism hasn’t come back here like the rest of the country. Amazing staff, good food, great prices and they’ll arrange a tour to Thale Noi too. A highlight of our trip.

It's a very dated resort. We booked a Group room as there were 5 of us. There were 6 double beds in there. The room 303 was not well maintained . It must have been a long time since any guest stayed in the room. There were tiny ants crawling on the bed. I couldn't sleep well as i felt something crawling over my body. There were a lot of dust at the corners of the bed . The mattress was very thin: about 2 to 3 inches. The bathrooms(3) were not clean and there was no water heater. There were cobwebs on the bathroom walls which were stained. Check in took a long time as the front office staff couldn't locate my booking although she did try her best. All in all a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It was not worth the price paid for the room. They should refurbish the room before letting it out.

พนักงานต้อนรับพูดจาไม่สุภาพ ไม่มีมารยาท ทำงานโรงแรมควรมี Hospitality และ service mind เป็นคนทำงานโรงแรมเหมือนกันเลยอยากแชร์ว่าควรปรับปรุงมารยาทในการต้อนรับลูกค้า เพราะลูกค้าจ่ายเงินมาพักไม่ได้ ห้องพักไม่สะอาด ฝุ่นและหยักใย่เยอะมาก

Bon hôtel, bon restaurant, calme Il faut remercier la manager de l'hôtel qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable malgré deux manques qui posent problème : le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais et il est impossible de louer un véhicule. ใช้เวลาในการรออาหารเกิน2ชม.สำหรับ6ออเดอร์ และท้ายที่สุดก็ไม่ได้อาหารครบตามที่สั่ง พนักงานไม่มืออาชีพในทุกส่วน ยกเว้นพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนบางคนที่ให้การเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดี น้ำไหลเบามาก จนไม่สามารถสระผมได้ โรงแรมเลี้ยงห่านไว้ภายในพื้นที่ห้องพักซึ่งมีเสียงรบกวนตลอดทั้งคืน
