Overall experience
The overall environment is good, the service attitude of staff is also good. The room hardware needs to be strengthened/renovated. Because the door and windows almost don't have enough spec in anti-noise and the WI-FI is slowly. Whatever, I would like to recommend this resort to you if you don't mind about noise started at 7:30 am.

The staff services, the room and the swimming pool are excellent. The breakfast buffets are also fantastic with many choices. But, lunches and dinners are awful. The worst part is that it is so noisy day and night with Russian music, from 9:00am to 10:00pm. Next to my room is the performing stage to entertain Russians who occupied almost the entire hotel. Simply put, it is not a place for relaxing and to enjoying the beach. I definitely will not return.

Don’t be tricked by the rating and price.
The rating for this hotel is 4.5 stars and i was hooked because of the price but when i checked in they sent me to an outside small building with cheap design and construction which is about 2 star quality. I was bery disappointed. Should have booked Muong Thanh for a nicer hotel. The buffet is a waste of money. 25$ no seafood no beef only cheap items. The selections were very mediocre. The cooking was terrible. Eat at a small sea food on the beach next door.

전반적인 리조트 시설 너무너무 좋았습니다. 프라이빗 비치도 너무너무 좋아서 아주 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 다만 리조트 주변 시설이 조금 부족하여서 밖에서 무언가를 즐기기위해서는 차량 이동이 필요하다는 점이 있었습니다.

Henkilökunta ei ollut kovin miellyttäviä. Hotelli oli täynnä venäläisiä all inclusive -asiakkaita, ja jos sinulla ei ollut tätä all inclusive -ranneketta, niin sinua ei meinattu uskoa, että olet hotellin asiakas. Tuntui, kun olisimme jotain alakastia. Saimme esimerkiksi tiedotteen hotellin korjaamisesta, joka oli pelkästään venäjän kielellä. Aamiaisella henkilökunta oli todella tylyä ja ammattitaidotonta. Hotelli oli hienolla paikalla, tosin keskellä ei mitään ja oli pakko olla skootteri, että sieltä pääsee kätevästi kulkemaan. Tosin Mui Nen poliisi on hyvin korruptoitunut ja he jahtaavat turisteja, joten jouduimme maksamaan 1 miljoonan sakot, koska meillä ei ollut kansainvälistä ajokorttia. Aiheesta meitä sakotettiin, mutta poliisin omien sanojen mukaan hän ”myi meille kansainvälisen ajoluvan”. Rahat meni omaan taskuun. Tottakai ymmärsimme tilanteen ja olimme tietoisia, että ”sakko” voi tulla, mutta koimme skootterin kuitenkin niin hyödylliseksi, että olimme valmiit ottamaan riskin. Sitä emme tosin tienneet, että poliisiasema on melkein meidän hotellin vieressä.. Kannattaa siis ottaa tämä huomioon. Pelkällä taksilla ajelu pelkästään tulisi melko hintavaksi, koska hotellilta on melkein pakko poistua melko kauas, jos haluaa syömään jne.

Tå negle i sengen, dårlig service med hensyn til receptionen. Ignorerede bekræftigelse mail fra hotels.com på at jeg havde betalt for alle, så jeg fik en yderligere betaling. Sov i det samme beskidte sengetøj min datter havde spildt i aftenen før. Håndklæderne ved poolen var med så slidte og med store huller. Vi rejste videre før tid.

Big new resort with pool area and beach. Two restaurants, one buffet and one a la carte, with “international” menu but not the best standard. Staff speak good English. Most guests are Russians and some staff also speak Russian.

More than meet my expectation!!
Vietnam was always a destination I wanted to go to. And sometimes finding a good and reliable hotel can be very difficult. But Sailing Bay Beach and Resort exceed my expectation. Hotel room is clean, nice view, good in maintenance, direct to the beach, lots of food options. And hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It made my stay in Mui Ne unforgettable! Sailing Bay Beach and Resort is AMAZING indeed!!!

This hotel is dominated by Russians. That’s probably a good thing if you are Russian, but if you are not you should think twice before booking this hotel. The pool area looks good, but the atmosphere is, in our experience, unbearable: loud techno music, shouting and aggressive people both young and old. The superior rooms are bungalows behind the hotel. The bungalows still smell of paint and can hardly be described as charming. The upgrade of 400.000vdk to a better room is well worth it: the room is decent, the shower has a good size and the porch is convenient. That is, of course, only until you realize you can’t use it due to the noisy pool area. The beach is wide and extends far in both directions. It is however littered with garbage. The restaurant serves very basic meals. The breakfast buffet was littered with flies. My girlfriend and I left after a single day. We didn’t realize the hotel offered a free shuttle bus from Mui Ne back to Phan Thiet and asked if the hotel could direct us to the local bus. We were told there was no bus and pitched a taxi ride to us for +1mill vdk. We then left, walked to the Mui Ne market and asked one of the locals: the bus departs from the Mui Ne market to Phan Thiet every 15 minutes for about 30k vdk depending on your luggage. The staff in Sailing Bay is decent but does not come across as friendly or professional. However, the Luggage handler was a great guy: funny and honest. Staff needed to verify everything with the manager.

Awful overrated resort!
It's awful! While we prepaid for the booking, upon arrival the hotel couldn't find our booking. When they finally found it (by using my name), the booking number didn't match. And they claimed that we only booked for 2 adults while our booking clearly stated that it's for 2 adults and 1 kid. They refused to accept that and charged extra for our kid (including her breakfast). The first night they put us in a 2-star bungalow with the AC not working and a leaked toilet. It's really no more than a 3-star resort in term of both amenities and services.

Loved this place would highly recommend
The hotel staff were extremely helpful booking us a bus to our next stop and an amazing tour of the sand dunes. The location is great. Outside of the main town so really nice and secluded. The beach was beautiful.

Spacious and clean but lack of technica servicing
The room itself is pretty big and spacious. Like that it was all clean and tidy. The bathroom also comes with a bathtub and shower area. The resort also comes with a big swimming pool and a gym which i have no time to check it out due to tight travel schedule. However, for my room, the safe box was not working. The air con initially was not working properly as well till we inform the staff and they got somebody in to fix it. The worse part is the power supply on one side of the room, which are all not working at all. This includes the phone line, the bedside lights and all the power sockets there. Location wise it is located very far end inside of the road, much further away from all the main seafood restaurants.

Pool is gorgeous but rooms are atrocious
Very mixed about our stay here. The pool, restaurant and location were incredible. However we received a room that was an absolute dump. The bathroom constantly smelt like an outhouse presumably from issues with plumbing, the walls were missing wallpaper, safe constantly would malfunction locking our belongings inside, noise from the nightly galas was excessive. Overall would not recommend for the money.

4성급 호텔에 어울리지 않는 서비스와 환경을 가졌다고 생각합니다. 객실외 수영장 및 해변 인접한 부분은 좋으나, 편안하게 객실에서 쉬기는 불편합니다. 예약후 처음 입실시 실외기 옆방으로 시끄러워 잠을 못잤으며, 당일은 만실로 다음날 옮겼던 방은 지낼만 했으나, 불편에 대한 호텔 직원의 대응이 부족하다 생각했으며, 많은 한국인에 대한 배려인지는 모르겠으나, 밤새 울려퍼지는 한국 노래는 좋지 못했습니다. 호텔 위치는 시가지에서 떨어져있어, 이동수단을 별도로 가지고 있지 않다면 많은 택시비를 쓰게 됩니다. 왕복시 작은차 기준으로 대략 30만동 정도로 기억합니다.

깨끗한 리조트
밤에 도착하여 반나절 만에 다른 곳으로 가느라 리조트를 제대로 즐길 수 없었지만 큰 욕실과 맛있는 아침식사, 훌륭한 조경! 그리고 친절한 직원들 모두 좋았습니다. 리조트에서 비치도 몹시 가까우니 비치 전망이 그리 좋지 않으니 리조트 풀장을 이용하는게 더 좋을듯합니다

Clean, quiet, beautiful beach, quite far
It was great stay. We really enjoyed the private beach and the swimming pool area. Breakfast was great although it stoped serving quite earlier than we expected (at 9:30, it should be 10). pool side bar was ok, drinks werent at the very right taste and quite pricy. They should change all the "plastic glasses" to be real glass glasses. The location was good for us, it's little far away from the tourism center.

전반적으로 만족, 그러나 보케거리에서 10만동에 달하는 택시비...ㅠ
무이네에서 이틀묵었고 그 옆 무이네베이 호텔에서 하루, 더세일링 에서 하루 묶었는데 리셉션 태도가 불친절 했던것, 룸크기나 욕조유무 빼고는 더 세일링이 낫네요. 또한 위치빼고 만족합니다 특히 바다전망룸 잡으면 저녁에 달이 바로 앞에서 뜨는데 달빛이 바다에 비치는 그 뷰가 정말 환상적입니다. 한적하고 조용한곳을 좋아하신다면 강력 추천합니다. I spent two days in Mui ne. One day in a Mui ne Bay hotel which is next to the sailing bay hotel and the other spent The sailing bay. All things consider, i strongly recomend The sailing bay. It much better. However, the receptionist wasn't kind. They should be educated for attitude first !

슬리핑버스로 움직이기엔 불편
조식이나 객실상태 친절함은 모두 마음에 들었는데 호치민에서 넘어오는 슬리핑버스가 꺼려합니다. 그리고 보케거리에서 멀어서 일단 나가면 나간 김에 모두 보고 먹고 들어와야합니다. 리조트 주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 슬리핑버스 이용하기가 불편해요 그것빼고는 다 좋아요

무이네 번화가에서 먼 게 단점이나 셔틀버스가 무료로 운행되어 좋습니다. 아침식사 다양하고 매일 조금씩 메뉴가 바 뀌는 것도 좋아요. 객실 청소도 잘되어 있고, 직원들 친절합니다. 프라이빗 비치가 있어 무엇보다 만족했네요.

Nice place, in the middle of nowhere.
Mui Ne is known for being windy; a great place to kite surf, not so much fun for just sitting around! Our resort was very nice, lots of chairs around the pool, enough umbrellas for all, and staff always ready to bring cushions, drinks or food. Breakfast was fantastic, dinner not so much so. Free shuttle into town for the afternoon/evening. Downsides... internet was often slow, rooms were not cleaned until late in the afternoon (just when we wanted to return!), our safe malfunctioned 3 times, the door to our balcony wouldn't seal, so the wind whistled through it all night, one day the shower water ran DARK brown for about 5 minutes, fridge didn't keep anything cold. All of these things were minor annoyances, but they did add up.

Pour un séjour à la mer ce fut parfait, j'aimerais mentionner l'aide de Maria qui parle très bien anglais, ce fut un gros plus pour se faire comprendre ( excursions, réservations pour l'autobus, etc...)

Jättefin resort precis vid havet. Blåste väldigt mycket så bada i havet gick inte men det gjorde ju inget när hotellets poolområde var så fint. Stor bra frukost men maten på hotellet i övrigt var ingen vidare. Låg lite utanför Mui ne men hotellet kör shuttle buss några gånger om dagan.

A 4 stars hotel with 2 stars service
I didn't feel welcomed on arrival. Staffs weren't attentive. You are only worth the service you provided and your service is 2 stars at best. They didn't even know of my arrival or what type of room I booked. I booked for 3 adults and they told me the rooms is only for 2, but the worst thing was the room was not prepared for 3. Food is just ok and there is no recreational activities. The only good thing is they have a nice pool/private beach and is far and quiet if you like the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended to stay somewhere else unless this is the last option.

중심지와는 거리가있는편인 리조트
그래도 혼자택시타기 무서운분들빼고는 추천드려요. 거의 서양분들이 많이 계셔서 베트남리조트같은 느낌안났어요. 수영장이 특히좋았습니다.
