가족여행의 최악의 리조트

너무 불친절하고 영어를 못하며 고객의 소리를 들으려 하지 않고 거의 협박 수준이며 조식도 맛없고 청소도 청결치 못하며 욕실의 배수도 잘 안되고 수압도 너무 약하며 화장실 변기는 파손되어 덜렁거리고 최악의 리조트임

Bra och fint poolområde, trevligt med poolbar. Stranden nedanför hotellet inte så fin. Nära till fairy stream, en trevlig utflykt. Ett tips: besök restaurang Hanoi classic som ligger i närheten. Bästa maten!

가격에 알맞는 리조트 입니다.

베트남의 명절이라 제가 갔을 때 상대적으로 다른 때 보다 가격이 비쌌어요. 그래서 그 가격을 낸다면 안갈 것 같지만 평소 가격이라면 다시 방문 할 의사 있습니다. 수영장과 비치가 연결되는 것도 좋았고 리조트내 음료나 음식 가격도 그리 비싸지 않습니다. 시내에서도 멀다고 하지만 어느정도 걸어 가느냐에 따라 다르구요 오히려 카나리 리조트 앞에 약국도 있고 간단히 과자나 음료를 사먹을 수 있는 곳도 있습니다.

The staff can be nicer.

The hotel was nice enough with large rooms with balcony. The place was very clean. No one in the building: reception or breakfast area would look at you and say hi! How are you? Did you like your breakfast? They would want your voucher that was it. They even told me at the reception that if I’ve had changed my check in date before the no charge cancellation I could not be reimbursed because it was not a cancellation. Meaning that I would be reimbursed if I’ve cancelled the whole stay but not for changing my check in day by one day.

Hotell med potential

Bodde en vecka på detta hotell och det fungerade i stort sett väl. En fin strand som hölls ren vid hotellet, men längre bort är det bitvis skräpigt. Poolen var välordnad men tillgången till och systemet med solsängar gjorde det nästan omöjligt att få tillgång till en säng om man inte ”bokade” den med en handduk kvällen innan. Personalen gjorde det de skulle men i hög grad utan social interaktion med gästerna, även vid försökta få till det. Jag använde tvättjänsten och fick visserligen kläderna tvättade men de kom tillbaka skrynkligt ihopknölade. Vid incheckningen ”beslagtogs” våra pass för att återlämnas först vid utcheckning. Det är ett beteende som känns ”gammaldags totalitärt”. Så ett hotell med fin potential och stor utvecklingsmöjlighet speciellt hos personalen!

위치는 멀지만 수영장이 좋다.

보케거리에서 거리가 떨어져있지만 택시이용하면 5분. 걸어서 20분. 버스가 자주다녀서 다행이다. 무엇보다 수영장이 마음에 든다. 수영장 바로 앞에 해변이 있다. 리조트 안이 시끄럽고 사람이 너무 많은 것을 빼면 모두 좋다.

基本上此酒店各項服務及設施都合乎三星的要求，只可惜對房間滅蟲措施相當缺乏，我住在泳池旁的房間，景觀確是不錯，酒店各處種植大量植物，但相信沒有任何防蚊滅蟲措施，導致房間內有大量蚊子、璋螂，住了四天，已給蚊子釘咬十數處，晚上睡覺一定要用防蚊帳(房內已備)，否則難以入睡。本人自小農村長大，所以處之態然，但對城市長大的人入住此酒店一定是個極限挑戰!

Good location

Easy to visit the various beaches from here. Rented a scooter and enjoyed our stay. Beach near the hotel was virtually gone but easy to get to other beaches.

Очень душевная страна

Уютный, достаточно комфортный отель. Плюсы: небольшой и удобный, классный массаж на пляже, еженевная уборка-фрукты-чайкофе, usb вход в телевизоре для носителя, большое количество кафе и турфирм рядом (пользовались Ноан-кафе (около ручья Фей)-быстро и вкусно вовремя снимают с огня, и турфирма Рисовый дракон (Сергей и вьетнамка Оля)-кроме экскурсий любые бытовые советы). Минусы: ограниченное количество лежаков, неустойчивый wifi(подключал из соседнего отеля), круглосуточный вой транформатора. Из развлечений нашли только американское Roy's Cafe с живой американской музыкоей. Еда впрочем тоже американская. Большое спасибо Вьетнаму и вьетнамцам. Второй раз там - опять очень понравилось.

Nice location but horrible resort...

I booked this resort base on some reviews and also pictures of the resort. This is a fairly new resorts that can be easily outperform some 4 Stars' in the area if it was managed properly. However, these are the issues that I found while staying there last week. A/C in the room - noisy and not even cold. I was sweating the whole time inside. Water pressure - water pressure for the shower is horrible. I couldn't even wash my hair! I finally gave up and went to one of the salon on the street. Staffs- No staffs are smiling! They all sported a blank look and walked the other way when they see guests. Breakfast - foods are horrible! I mean, why would anyone pan fried bacons inside the eating area which does not have any A/C or ventilation fan? Overall, I will not stay or recommend anyone to stay at this place until all of the above were fixed. The only good thing about this place is a nice pool and decent beach. Other than that, go elsewhere.
