Terrible

When we arrived, there was an issue with the WiFi, the fix however was a small mobile router that did not exactly reach to our room. The cleanliness is questionable, mold in the bathroom due to insufficient ventilation in the rooms. The blinds do not darken the room enough to comfortably sleep in, the curtains - even though in place - are not helping either. Overall I would not stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last 20 yrs. I haven't been since 2019. It apparently has new owners. Breakfast can not be added the morning of. It used to be included the rooms are very outdated. Beds are so uncomfortable. Linens are horrendous. Towels and wash cloths are so rough you dont want to rub them across your clean body.I am American and speak pretty good German. They do not speak much English. We booked for 5 nights left on the 3rd day and will never go back. The old owners made it feel like home. These owners have done nothing to make it better since 2019. Being an Army brat I loved this area but I will definitely never stay here again

Vriendelijke jongeman achter de receptie, wel direct betalen. Aangekomen op de kamer snapte ik dat er geen restitutie gegeven zou worden. Alles is van 1958. Kapotte Lamp, tv heeft geen signaal, deur valt bijna uit elkaar. Omschreven ontbijt bestaat niet.Schimmel in de douche, roest aan het handvat.. Dit hotel heeft betere tijden gekend maar moet zeker eerst renoveren.

Zwar sehr nett empfangen worden, aber der Zustand des Zimmers war für uns nicht einladend. Schmutziges Badezimmer. Sehr hellhörig. Defekter Duschkopf und Nachttischlampe. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach und sehr sehr altbacken. Trotz der optimalen Lage für uns, würden wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht noch einmal wählen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.

Upon entering the hotel there was a horrible smell of sewage. In the room as well. In my opinion, this is a motel and not a hotel. Visually the room looked like the pictures, but the hotel exterior photo and reception were not shown. This misled me.
