"Nice and clean"

"It’s a very nice hotel it’s just old and the walls are thin . Could hear the man behind us snoring . The balcony side we stayed on nice bit came Monday morning new restaurant going up loud at 700 am . But overall nice time there ."

"We were stranded in Orlando when our flight was canceled due to the weather. The staff was amazing and very helpful in such a stressful situation. The shuttle was also really convenient for us and CJ was very helpful with food suggestions. Overall everyone there made us feel at ease even though our vacation was extended. We were just bummed the hot tub was not working."

"I think that the staff is all new. We went to check in - and were told that we did not have a reservation. The gentleman didnt even check for our name, or the reservation number we provided. He told us that 3rd party bookings did not occur there. We were left without a hotel and had to scramble to find another one. In the morning - we noticed that the hotel had charged us the entire amount for 2 nights. (funny because didnt he say we did not have a reservation.. they howd you get my credit card number to process payment) It then was a battle between expedia and the hotel - the hotel said that they did have our reservation and that we checked in. They asked us to wait to a couple hours until the cleaning staff checked the room, to ensure we did not check in... Absolutely unacceptable. We are traveling, and you held our money and then treated us like we were lying. Expedia and the hotel were awful. How do you treat people like that, and then ask them to wait for their money back.. its now 2 days later, and our money is still not returned to us. "
