「Super locatie」

「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,...

「The room wasn't clean. The sofa bed was out and we didnt need it and they clearly didn't clean under it. The lift was broken to our room (we have a 2 year old with pram) we went to go to the kids disco at 6pm then found out they had cancelled as no one showed up to the 5.30 show but we didn't want to see that as its in French. But the staff just shrugged her shoulders and we was not the only family. So then there was nothing to do. The shops are excellent and out and about clean and tidy. Pool...

「Apartment was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended. A pleasant apartment, handy to the Disney parks」
