"The hotel has the great location for transportation convenience, with the train station, bus station and metro station within a couple of minutes. The 4 star rating is for the many inconvenient many steps to get into the hotel and there is no porter to help. It was hard for people with large luggage."

"We stayed 2 nights and liked it a lot. The location is perfectly convenient to the central train station and sights, notably including the very impressive library. The staff were super nice and went out of their way to accommodate us including an early check-in and a boxed breakfast the day we left for an early flight. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the fresh bread with butter! Although relatively small, our room was modern and spotless and was exactly what we needed. Value was good."

"The room was very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast spread was good, but the person at the live counter was very rude. He was the only person making the live orders, so I’m sure he was overwhelmed."
