"It has a very comfortable foyer. Staff are helpful. I like the bar and restaurant and especially like the outside seating for the bar. I didn’t like that they charged for coffee and tea in the lobby and that the room wasn’t cleaned while we were there. The gym was all taken apart downstairs. The room was spacious. Good location for the trams and hop on hop off bus as well as the port."

"Room was nice and clean with a pleasant balcony. Breakfast was available but we choose to eat out for breakfast. However, we did have dinner which was very nice. The staff were very helpful , but due to the Finnish way, they can come across a little cold at times. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely stay again."
