"I was glad i was on the 2nd floor despite the eye level view of a rooftop because I still might be waiting for the elevator. The walls and more noticeably the ceiling were paper thin, I wanted to ask the people above us to take their shoes off. As much as the hotel was convenient to the falls and the casino, quality trumps convenience every time. Next visit I'll spend a few dollars more for the Double Tree a block away. "

"Fallsview room with whirpool was available for a little extra cost. Definitely worth the view. Although parking at the hotel was expensive, you can find cheaper options less than a 2 mins walk away. Hotel is also connected to fallsview casino and has great selection of restaurants nearby but are on the higher end in regards to prices."

"Had no problems staying at this hotel. Rooms and beds were clean. Staff was helpful and the view of the Falls was great!"

"They’re under construction and renovations, had to be transferred from our room we paid for to another room which wasn’t as comfortable as what we had. They transferred us due to water maintenance. I love this hotel and have been a returning costumer for years, it is a very family oriented hotel. I just hope for future travellers the hotel will be done with their Reno’s and won’t have the problem we had. Also the keg is not in their hotel anymore it’s down the road. They have a new steak house in the hotel and it is very expensive just a heads up."

"When you book through Expedia, they will tell you that’s why you never got updates on slides being closed. Half of them were closed and my teenagers were not impressed. I didn’t know booking through Expedia’s would hinder us in any way while here. Also, thee bed was made messy and there are a lot of paint chips and bad grout. When you lay so much for things you would expect a bit more. Luckily we had a great customer service rep AFTER I called. That gave us one game of laser tag and an extra hour later check out"
