「We stayed at this hotel in 2025 and 2026. The quality of the hotel has gone down during that time period. This is a corporate issue. The studio kitchen had visible sticky food on it upon arrival and the pans had been scraped /usable to cook. The front desk women who checked us in was happy to provide new pans to us. We washed the rest of the dishes upon arrival because there was dust/dirt on them. The bathroom also had remnants of prior guests (dirt/hair). The pool was not usable during our stay...

「I had a great stay! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from check in to check out. The hotel was very clean, which is always one of my top priorities. One thing I really appreciated was having two completely different restaurant options on site. They weren’t just variations of the same menu. 「Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.」

「Very friendly staff. Our room was very large compared to other rooms I have stayed in. The bathrooms were also large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel and the rooftop bar were both really nice. Great ambiance and it is really close to the shops and restaurants in the Third Ward. We took a nice walk along the riverfront, went to the Public market, and saw a show a the Riverside Theater. Everything was very close to the hotel. We really enjoyed staying there!」
