Our host was exceptional, offering us welcome drinks to take back to our room and personally showing us to our room and around the amenities. The hotel is a bit of an odd one (but in a good way) as it is located in a private, secure wing of 8 rooms in an apartment block. 「O local é um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, mas há opções de transporte por perto. Fomos muito bem recepcionados, o rapaz que nos atendeu foi super gentil e solícito. O quarto era bem espaçoso, banheiro limpo, cozinha com utensílios básicos, uma pequena geladeira e fogão e um forno microondas que foram super úteis. A única coisa a melhorar seria um ar condicionado ao invés de ventiladores no verão 」

「My stay at this botel was overall good, it was extremely quiet maybe due to the time I went but it felt I was the only guest within their hotel. The gentleman who assisted me to check-in didn't really speak English but tried his best to communicate regarding my stay. There was never anyone sat at the reception part of the botel so if you need anyone, head to the bar. The stand out is the view you get of the danube river and sights, especially with a sunset at night! I'd stay here again.」

「Clean room in a suburban part of Neusiedl. No staff after 9 on the Sunday we arrived, only a key holder. No elevator. Good Austrian breakfast. Good for travelers passing through for one night.」
