O quarto é bem menor do que aparece na foto. O colchão de casal estava deformado, o chuveiro pingando, a descarga vazando bem como o box TB. O suporte para o papel higiênico estava em péssimas condições, sujo e bem velho.

O atendimento da pousada é excelente, contudo a TV não é smart, o ar condicionado estava com um ligeiro odor de mofo (a umidade na cidade realmente é grande, então poderiam dar uma atenção a isso) e o chuveiro do nosso quarto infelizmente estava com problema, ora esquentava, ora ficava gelado. Outro ponto de observação são as claraboias e janelas, que precisam de um aprimoramento na higienização. O café da manhã é bom, simples, mas tudo é fresquinho e reposto toda hora.

Infelizmente, a acomodação deixou a desejar em dois aspectos: o chuveiro não havia água quente, mesmo após recomendações na parede do banheiro. O ar condicionado do quarto desarmava com muita rapidez, e não gelava no momento de dormir.

Muito bem localizada, com bom atendimento e a vantagem de contar com estacionamento. A comida se resume ao café-da-manhã, que é gostoso e variado. Meu quarto era no térreo, literalmente de frente para a rua, o barulho incomodou um pouco, mesmo a rua não sendo muito movimentada. Porém, a crítica fica mesmo quanto ao valor: é uma boa pousada, sem dúvidas, mas não vale o valor que cobra. Já estive em outras pousadas em Petrópolis do mesmo padrão e com valores mais adequadod à proposta.

Um achado!

Localização perfeita para conhecer os pontos históricos a pé. A disponibilidade de vaga para veículos facilita, porque é difícil estacionar na cidade. O café da manhã é farto e variado. O quarto família é espaçoso, limpo, arejado e confortável, cabem 4 pessoas. A área social é uma graça. Tem sala com lareira e outra com mesa de sinuca e jogos de tabuleiro. A pousada ainda dispõe de galão de água e um bom cafezinho durante o dia.
