Muito boa estadia. Muito bom atendimento. Café da manhã show de bola. Únicas observações: Nosso quarto n° 9, de frente para a rua, sentia a vibração quando carros grandes passavam num buraco no asfalto, em frente à pousada. Não é culpa do estabelecimento, mas fazia um barulho e "tremia" o quarto. Vale solicitar para a equipe de manutenção da prefeitura, um tapa-buracos para a rua. O ventilador de teto não funcionou, o que me fez ligar o ar condicionado todos os dias. Fora isso, tudo bem bacana. Recomendo e retornaria com minha família. Muito obrigado.

A propriedade é belíssima, super bem conservada, guardam alguns detalhes históricos super interessantes. Cama confortável, lençóis e travesseiros de qualidade, tudo bordado, uma delicadeza maravilhosa. Única coisa de ruim é o barulho que acaba fazendo nos quartos, mesmo com janela de proteção, a rua é bem movimentada. Mas nada que estrague a viagem.

A área para café da manhã é pequena e a gestão do hotel faz una escala de horários por quarto, onde os hóspedes escolhem 1 hora para tomar o café matutino (08h às 09h ou 09h às 10h). As vagas de garagem são limitadas e insuficientes, mas meu carro não chegou a ficar sem vaga porque improvisaram uma para ele na "praça das bandeiras" na parte interna frontal da pousada. A localização é boa por ficar perto de vários pontos turísticos e para quem gosta de bares. Mas justamente por causa desse último aspecto as noites não são das mais silenciosas.

Muito bem localizada, foi fácil de achar e de se locomover pela cidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos por toda equipe. Estacionamento de fácil acesso. Quarto com camas bem confortáveis, banheiro limpo e amplo. O quarto possui frigobar com coisinhas muito acessiveis (fora os quitutes na recepção também bem acessiveis) para um petisco no final do dia na agradavel varanda do casarão. O casarão em si é tem uma história muito rica, se não for se hospedar recomendo também passar lá para conhecer e tomar o excelente e completo café da minha que oferecem!

Hospedagem com história da colônia japonesa

o hotel fica numa casa histórica e contém um minimuseu da história da colônia japonesa de Petrópolis. A casa está super bem conservada os quartos são confortáveis, porém pequenos. Fica perto da área histórica da cidade permitindo fazer muitos passeios a pé.

Ótima estadia. Todos os funcionários muito educados e solícitos. Fizeram uma surpresa de decoração para o dia dos namorados. Café da manhã sem uma grande variedade de itens, mas tudo muito gostoso e fresco, muito satisfatório. A máquina de café no café da manhã era ótima, o ar condicionado do quarto ter a função aquecer fez muita diferença nos dias frios que pegamos. Toda a decoração da pousada nos faz sentir de volta ao passado, muito legal.

A estadia foi ótima. O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada, perto de restaurantes muito bons e do centro historico. O único senão foi fato de haver um degrau alto para se acessar o banheiro. Sabemos que é um prédio tombado e teve que adaptado atendendo à legislação. Mas, para um casal idoso foi um pouco complicado. De resto, tudo perfeito.

A pousada é muito bem localizada, da para fazer os passeios nos bares e alguns pontos turísticos, como a fábrica da Bohemia, o Palácio de Cristal e o Museu Imperial, à pé. O atendimento foi ótimo, eles são muito gentis e ainda fizeram um mapa com os principais bares e pontos turísticos para facilitar a viagem. Eu já recomendei a alguns amigos e voltarei lá com certeza.
