No geral é bom.

O hotel no geral é bom. A acustica do quarto que não é boa. Se escuta aa pessoas chegando nos quartos ao lado. Fiquei num quarto próximo da escada de ferro. E o barulho de pessoas descendo e subindo era bem alto dentro do quarto. A localização é ótima, na rua central. Perto de mercado e ótimos restaurantes. A 5min da feirinha de itaipava.

Hotel bem localizado, funcionários gentis. Cafe da manhã satisfatório, quarto grande e cama confortável. Nao gostamos do baneiro, box não tem porta, chuveirinho molha tudo quando usado, televisão extremamente restrita. Bons restaurantes ao redor. Piscina pequena.

Descarga com pouca pressão, controle remoto da TV não funcionou, a água quente acabou as duas vezes q tomamos banho ! Hoje pela manhã muito barulho no parque que dava de frente p parque ! Localização excelente porém os quartos precisam de atenção! Tem cafeteira porém não tem cápsulas e o quarto era “ luxo” !

Pode melhorar????

Gostei! Só não fiquei satisfeita em 2 pontos, um com banheiro, que por não ter um blindex inteiro, molhava todo ao tomar banho e ficava perigoso podendo escorregar, e o segundo o chão do quarto, que estava muito escorregadio, por ser piso frio, algum produto que usam deixa o chão muito deslizante. Enfim, mas no restante nota 10.

Hotel Barulhento

A maioria das reclamações relacionadas ao hotel é quanto barulho e ainda assim parece que os funcionários não sabem disso. Pedi um quarto longe da área do café por conta de vários relatos de barulho a partir das 5h da manhã para organização do café. Atenderam ao meu pedido, no entanto, ficamos na frente da recepção e às 7h fomos acordados com a gargalhada e o bate papo altos dos funcionários. Depois, iniciaram os barulhos normais de fluxo da recepção mas que já são bem incômodos. É fundamental o hotel fazer uma reforma para melhorar o isolamento acústico.

pouquíssimo conforto, apesar de caro.

o Hotel oferece condições razoáveis para uma estadia mínima, exceto pelo fato que ele não oferece serviço de televisão. simplesmente isso: tem o aparelho de tv, mas se o hóspede não utilizar as próprias senhas dos serviços de streaming que o monitor de tv tem, o hóspede fica SEM TELEVISÃO. ALGO QUE NUNCA VI NA VIDA. INACREDITÁVEL. Além disso, muito barulhento. domingo 8 da manhã, iniciou-se um barulho de limpeza e vassouras ao lado, que persistiu até as 11 horas. pra não dormir mesmo. Apesar de já ter tido uma experiência ruim no hotel, insisti. o quarto em si, bom. mas não ter serviço de TV, é absurdo. apesar desse deserviço, o hotel tem o mesmo valor de ótimas pousadas na região.

Embora o hotel seja bem localizado, o quarto era extremamente desconfortável e necessitava de manutenção . Travesseiros velhos , roupas de cama encardidas e banheiro com mofo no teto e precisando de limpeza mais apurada. Café da manhã bem fraco, com alguns produtos nada fresco. Não recomendamos .

Bom mas sem manutenção

Hotel precisando de manutenção. Quarto espaçoso, mas a cama de solteiro estava em mau estado e uma roupa de cama estava manchada. A porta para a varanda estava com a maçaneta quebrada e o espaço externo sujo e com piso quebrado. Banheiro bem antigo e sem manutenção, com rejuntes escuros como se houvesse limo/mofo. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem. Atendimento gentil da recepção e dos funcionários do café da manhã foi o ponto mais positivo da estadia.
